Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry. This area is serene but not on raining day. They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp. Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected. The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box. Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid. 2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby. A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

The place is good, the food is delicious. It's just that the location needs a struggle and food can't be delivered to the room. The elderly who can't go up and down the stairs should not come here.

Our stay at Hotel Santika Premier Garut was delightful. The location offers stunning mountain views and refreshing cool air, while the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a treat with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the pool, perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful surroundings. A great choice for both family getaways and business trips—would love to return!

From the moment you step in, to the rooms, to the staff – nothing was disappointing. The reception and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and was tidied and cleaned daily. I will definitely stay here again. Although the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, it feels safe and comfortable. Five stars to the very friendly, helpful, and clean staff. Highly recommended for a stay here.

I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights staying at this hotel. The price of the architectural is very affordable .. the large room has a balcony and the facilities in the room are quite complete. Not disappointed to stay here. Next time, if I plan to go to Bandung again, I will definitely stay here again.

It turned out to be different from the photo, when I arrived I was surprised that the room was very small, the hot water kettle was too small, even though it was what I needed, it wasn't worth the price lol

************* while at the accommodation, it was comfortable, clean, very homey for those of us who brought small children, even though we were in a room on the 3rd floor but it was still afforable. Very strategic location with kid friendly tourist attractions. God willing, someday I'll come here again and bring the kids too 😇

- the location is strategic, it's just a little roundabout the road to the guesthouse but it's still okay. - the service is okay, helpful. the cleanliness is okay, well maintained, overall comfortable. - the amenities are also quite complete, you don't have to bother bringing hairdryers hehe. there is a mini fridge too, really helps to store food/drinks that can't stand at room temperature. - the breakfast is proper, full too. suitable for those who don't want to bother looking for breakfast outside. - the rooftop is really useful, it's nice to hang out for a while just to smoke. - There's a slight minus, in the room I'm in, the AC is located above the entrance to the room, not around the bed, the distance is quite far so it doesn't feel cold enough. that's all from me. thanks a bunch Mogens!

This is my experience of staying at Lembang Asri for the 5th time 😁 Its calming natural vibes always invite you to come back. The large garden, playground and pool are a bit warm for children, quite a favorite. The less pleasant thing is the restaurant section. Please, every time you come here the Breakfast Menu is always the SAME. true, both are the same. I've memorized it. The variety and taste are very lacking. Plus the attitude of the restaurant employees is less friendly. Lack of smiles, and seem excessive in supervising guests who eat. Wow sis, we have paid an additional charge for children which is not cheap, 75K per child with a very simple menu. Maybe we can do more training for Hospitality, and the Chef can make menu variations, so that guests don't get bored. For the Front Office, Security, Helper, everything is okay and friendly.
