The guesthouse is on a lower stay standard than the hotel itself, however, for a single night the difference is not hugely important. I found the lack of soundproofing and creaky floors to be bothersome, next time I will stay in the hotel part of the establishment. However, for cost-conscious travellers, the guesthouse is still a great option, especially if you are in transit only.

Great apartments! There's a wonderful coffee shop called Arabica and an Asian spot called Ichigo right nearby, which I visited every day. Highly recommend!

I can't praise this hotel enough. First of all, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. But what truly stood out was the staff. They are not just friendly; they are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to help. When my luggage was lost by the airline, they were incredibly supportive. They constantly called the airport for updates, gave me essential toiletries, and reassured me throughout the whole ordeal. Their help was invaluable and turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great conditions.

The accommodation is close to several supermarkets. It's about a 1.5km walk to catch the 100E bus to the airport. The breakfast exceeded expectations.

The staff were friendly. The room was small but clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was soap and shampoo in the shower. The room also had two complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Tea and coffee were available on the floor. The room was equipped with a kettle, hairdryer, and clothes dryer. There's also a mini-kitchen in the hallway where you can even cook. When I stayed at this hotel, it was extremely hot, nearly 40 degrees Celsius, and I was on the top floor. However, the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, making it very comfortable. The location is excellent; it's about a 20-minute walk to the Parliament. The Opera metro station is just a stone's throw away, providing direct access to the Szechenyi Baths. The 100E bus stop is also only an 8-minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient. The location is truly great.

Loved the location (lots of restaurant options nearby, next to Lidl & literally next to a Metro station & a bus stop). The receptionist area was quite small so I was a bit skeptical and it was integrated to a residential area nearby - so don't expect a normal hotel lobby/receptionist area. They have a luggage storage (very secure) and the staffs were very helpful & kind! The best thing about the guesthouse is the room and facilities though, I think it was perfect. The room & bathroom was very clean & the common area was great as well, with a fridge and a microwave you can use.

The bed was a bit dirty (with some small pieces of bread) and there was a yogurt in the trash bin when I first came. It's near the bus station and u got plenty of bus to take to get to city centre (20min). The shower and toilet are quite clean. Plenty of space to hang your clothes.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to buses and many nearby attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, which made exploring very convenient. It was a bit difficult to find at first, as the sign isn’t very visible, I ended up walking in circles and had to ask for directions from staff at the restaurant nearby. The room was spacious and included a fan, which was great for the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

It was a very cozy place to stay. Quite a majestic room we had. Very convenient and accessible to public transport and some tourist spots. Mr. Imre was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely book it again when we come back to Budapest!

Wonderful hotel, great location, very nice design. There are some minor flaws that arise due to natural wear and tear, but for such a price it is not critical. There is a huge amount of public transport, cafes, shops nearby, a bakery is right opposite! Regarding audibility - yes, indeed, the soundproofing is not the best, but I very rarely come across budget hotels with good soundproofing, I travel with earplugs. And I was very lucky with my neighbors. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and everything was very comfortable, I would gladly repeat it!
