The location is great, with a great view of Mount Kazbegi. The owner is very kind. The room was clean. There is a cat named Miyu. He is very friendly and cute. It was amazing to pet Miyu while looking at Mount Kazbegi. I also asked the owner to take me to Gergeti Trinity Church. This is a very good hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Kazbegi next time.

The service was excellent!!! We brought red wine but didn't have a corkscrew, and the staff at the cottage went out of their way to buy one and gave it to us for free. Although it was raining, the cottage was warm and cozy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is great, with its own lawn and outdoor relaxation area—a very comfortable environment. There's also a communal kitchen available, which was very convenient for heating up our own milk and biscuits in the morning.

The owner was kind, and although the room was small, it had everything I needed, so it was fine. However, since it is an area where temperatures drop to 7 degrees even in the middle of summer, it gets cold at night. It was still cold even with the radiator on.

Very cozy guest house with wonderful decor, best service and ideal location and own parking. We enjoyed staying there. Thank u very much!

A very cozy house and location near the center of Kazbegi. The owner was in touch and confirmed the location on maps the day before. Very clean, enough space for a large family of six.

The room is very comfortable and comfortable! The problems didn't arise, as I arrived a little not in the season, it was cold at night, heating worked, and everything was super 👍🏻 Look was pleasant to drink coffee and look at the mountains! Hosts - Sofiko and Bichiko are very joyful and hospitality. Recommended different places, and with all helped! I would have been happy to stay in this place 😍

При бронировании был всего один отзыв и то негативный, при этом оценка отеля - 8,9. очень переживала, что будет несоответствие. Оказалось зря) Это конечно не гостиница, а гостевой 3-х этажный дом. Хозяйка живет в этом же доме. За 30 лари готовит завтраки - блинчики, яичница, огурцы, помидоры, сыр , нарезка (колбаса), сосиски. Номер конечно маленький, нет кондиционера. Но нам это не мешало. В горах ночью прохладно, спокойно открывали окно на ночь. Уютный балкончик. В ванной есть все необходимое - гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка с пастой. Красивый с вид из отеля на горы. Рядом частный дом с коровником, утром просыпались под мычание)) Парковка вдоль улицы. До центра поселка минут 10 пешком. Не пожалели, что выбрали эооо вариант.

This is a lovely little cabin right off the main road leading into town, but it's surprisingly quiet. It has a large yard where you can park your car, and once the iron gate is closed, you have your own private space. The room itself is very spacious. Downstairs, the living room has a sofa and a sofa bed, so it can easily accommodate a few extra guests. There's a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is super convenient for making your own breakfast and doing laundry. The host is also very nice and welcoming. It's a bit of a drive to get into town, so it's perfect if you have your own car.
