GGuest UserUnfortunately I was unable to travel and use the booking, due to unforseen travel schedule.
I did telephone the hotel on the morning of the expected stay and left a voicemail, explaining why I could not make the booking. I was aware that I would not qualify for a free cancellation by trip.com rules, but did expect a call back...non was forthcoming. I cannot comment on the hotel quality, cleanliness etc, but was disappointed to not get a call back.
WWu Kwok ChungBooked a shared toilet room but turn out no need to share. Nice location, less than half hour walk to Anfield, and less than half hour bus to City. Clean and simple, suitable for watching football game. Have Macdonald nearby, and a pub in which only £3 a pint of beer
YYi50The service attitude of the counter staff was good, and they let us check in early. However, the separated bathroom was cramped, and the whole water equipment made a pumping sound from time to time, which was a bit noisy. At about 4 o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on the door and shouted a name we didn't know. We told him that he was in the wrong room, but he still knocked on the door and yelled loudly. My husband reminded him that if he continued to make noise, he would call the police, but we stopped responding to him. He made noises a few more times before he stopped making any sound and seemed to leave. I was very nervous and scared at the time, but fortunately my husband responded calmly and resolved the crisis.
GGuest UserEverything’s neat and tidy. Great vibe well decorated with Everton and Liverpool memorabilia. City centre easily accessible by bus. Great and nice staff as well
AAnonymous UserNot bad, mainly very close to the stadium, just a few minutes walk, the location is absolutely good, there is a convenience store in the gas station diagonally opposite, if you need to cook, you can buy simple dishes, there are not many choices for eating out, the neighborhood is relatively deserted, because the first time I booked a homestay, I didn’t have experience. I don't know if it is contactless check-in, you must remember to see the email with the room password. If you have any questions, you can also call or send an email.
GGuest UserEnvironment: The environment is good, the space in the house is large
Facilities: Public bathroom, but very clean, multiple toilets, spacious bathroom, two bathrooms on the first floor and even a bathtub. Kitchen facilities are complete, refrigerator microwave oven
Service: Password self-entering the house, but you need to pay the deposit before you can get the password. You need to pay attention to whether the email has a link to pay the deposit.
