Stayed with my girlfriend for three nights here and could not be happier. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have the option to book a balcony room, we highly suggest it as the rooms face outward into a peaceful street. The room was more than big enough for the two of us. There is a highly rated coffee shop located in the lobby with a variety of foods as well. Additionally, there is a gallery on the fist floor above the lobby which is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee in peace. Located in the middle of the shopping district, we enjoyed walking from store to store. The historic district and Alcazar are only a 10 minute walk from this location.

We had to pick up this hostel about two weeks earlier because we postponed the trip and left us to €90 per night for two people. The cleaning of the shoes and towels is bad, the sleeve had sleeves. The room and bathroom are very small. The hot water stops out while you are doing a shower. The building has no lift and the room that touched us was on the second floor on the elevator and it was heard everything, as well as the air passing from the main downdoor our door was dancing and we woke up several times all night. The location of the hostel is 10-15 min from the center (Catedral, Alcazar, arrows) and has shops and several bars around it. There is no private parking, there is a public nearby that leaves at €25 a day.

We are a family of 4 (2 parents, 2 college-age kids). Location of hostel is great, in the heart of old city, in walking distance of all sites. BUT the room was disappointing. The photo used on booking sites is deceptive. Our room was very narrow, with only one small window which made it oppressive. WiFi was VERY weak, which was an issue when we needed to book tickets online for sites like the Alhambra. And when we complained about this, the staff at the reception not only did not apologize (or give any kind of discount for the serious inconvenience) but acted like we were lying about it -- which is the worst reaction possible. Also, if you have a car, be warned that the parking garage is EXTREMELY small and difficult to get in to -- and of course you have to pay extra.

Me and my partner spent one night here and we found the place very nice! Perfect to spend few days in this beautiful city. Very clean and well located. We really liked the terrace too. Good value for the price 🙂

The hotel is on the high-speed side, quiet, good service, warm, patient answer, breakfast can be a single point, about five euros. The triple room is small, but the bed is up, the three people live no problem, very clean, the hotel has a cooperative underground parking garage, six euros a night, very cheap, stop the road outside the hotel, in fact, after 8 o'clock in the evening, no problem, 8 o'clock in the morning There is no one to charge before the departure, it is safe and conceited. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants and attractions nearby. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The right hand is 50 meters away from the hotel. The things are very cheap, all of them are five euros, and there is actually fried rice. To drive out for dinner and play, it is only a few minutes drive from Plaza de España. The price is very good for more than 400 overnight, value.

A simple and very clean hotel very well located near stores, restaurants, bars, historic center ... Although we miss a thicker bed because it is cold at night, and the strongest beds and the most lighting in the rooms, the stay has been pleasant, staff and cleaning of 10. RECOMMENDABLE if you are making tourism.

This Hotel is situated in a quiet street between the old town and new town. Takes only 5 mins to walk to either. This wonderful hotel had friendly helpful staff. The rooms were of a good size with plenty of storage place Large TV on the wall Bed was of a good size Balcony to look out of This hotel is 1 * but worthy of being 3* at least The hotel was extremely clean throughout the building Excellent value for money

On the same day, a few hours after our arrival, we heard the cry of the homeless who was thrown out by the owner. We spent two days of fear because we were alone and abandoned. Only checked by cameras ONLY NOT FUNCTIONED. Because this morning 23/6/ 2023 we left the room and the homeless went out at 8.40 from room number 1 at the entrance. This is to tell you the experience. I hope that the owner will take steps to change the main port entry code and I hope that no one is in our own situation. We had been waiting for excuse and I don't say the full refund but a discount also faced with the fact that: The room was really bad, no box, but only a chair, to support dirty tents, Bathroom without a bathroom I had to clean it with a shower soffoon, 0 personal, there is no TV, air conditioner doesn't work since 2015 from how you can read from other reviews, the structure is very fancy and abandoned. The kitchen is mentioned, but there is nothing but a dirty bread, a microwave furnishing and a refrigerator. I advise you not to book, but spend 20 euros more and go to a safe place.

The location is really central which is what I care most. The room is pretty spacious and bright. The common area is nice if you want to make friends but if you don’t you may find the various tourists gathering there noisy. The room has basic stuff you need.

The hotel is very well located, near all the important points of the city. The bathroom was shared by the floor where the room was located, the only bad thing is that the shower was down then you could only use it and move it with your hands, it was not kept up. The room was very comfortable, but a little noisy if you moved, or you were sitting. But in general, super recommended. The girl at the reception super attention to the questions and consultations we had.

Nos gustó todo de este hostal que ocupa una antigua casa reformada muy bien ubicada y luminosa, situada a 2 minutos a pie del Museo de Bellas Artes y a 1 km de la Catedral, del Alcázar y del Archivo de Indias de Sevilla. Las instalaciones y la ropa de cama y toallas del baño estaban muy limpias, la habitación muy funcional y bien equipada (colchones muy cómodos, almohadas por duplicado, aire acondicionado, televisión con conexión a internet, buena cobertura wifi, secador de pelo, productos de baño ...). A nuestra llegada la atención de la responsable del hotel fue excelente proporcionándonos información turística y sobre lugares cercanos para comer bien, además nos guardaron las maletas a nuestra llegada antes de poder ocupar la habitación y también el día que nos fuimos con total amabilidad. No tiene servicio de cafetería, pero si disponen de cafetera en una pequeña sala de uso común y además muy cerca tienes varios sitios para desayunar. También disponen, en el piso superior, de una terraza con una pequeña piscina para remoj**** y relaj**** al sol. No le pongo ni una pega a este acogedor hostal que recomiendo sin duda, si vuelvo a Sevilla será aquí.
