Just next to Courtyard Melaka and only 5-6 min driving to Jonker Street. There were 2 parking lots provided for my unit booked. Everything arranged properly by the management before arriving. I must give thumb up to the support team because they are very responsive to help in setup the karaoke set, booking of gym room.

I stayed at The Apple Premier Suites Melaka for 3 days and 2 nights with my family in the Royal Three Bedroom Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was spotless (10/10 for cleanliness), very spacious, and perfect for a family stay. It came with useful amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, Smart TV, and fast WiFi, making us feel at home throughout the trip. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and children’s playground, which kept everyone entertained. The city view from the suite was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the location made it easy to travel to Melaka’s popular attractions by car or Grab. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a convenience store within the building, so buying simple items like bread or snacks wasn’t as convenient, although the vending machines were helpful. Overall, this property offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Melaka.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Everything was great except for the lift service of the building itself. The system of the lifts was so stupid that we waited almost an hour to get down from the 33th floor. In the end there were 20 people just waiting to go down. Out of 6 lifts only one comes when called/signal is given. Otherwise everything was clean and nice.

The hotel is very new and spotless, and my 4-day, 3-night stay was extremely comfortable. The only minor drawback was that there were no tissues in the room, only toilet paper in the bathroom. The location is decent; it's usually less than a 20-minute drive to Jonker Street. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and there's no need to worry about language barriers as they use Google Translate to ensure easy communication.

This was the best place we stayed in Malaysia. The house was spacious, bright, and comfortable, right by the sea. It was well-ventilated, and we had the most comfortable and peaceful sleep there. The only issue is that the front desk doesn't open until 8 AM, so if you have an early bus to catch, be aware of that. I don't recommend paying the cash deposit; it's better to use a credit card pre-authorization. Otherwise, if they refund your deposit via Alipay, the exchange rate is really bad. Of course, these aren't really their problems, just something to be mindful of beforehand. Highly recommend staying here; we'll definitely book it again next time we visit.

Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away. The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip. The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents. Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!
