Is a studio room and is big enough and have balcony too. Nearby have many restaurants, pub and convenience stores. There is also many facilities like gym, swimming pool and sauna. Close at 10pm I going to use the sauna but I saw a huge cockroach so the cleanliness is a bit… And sometimes during midnight you will still heard mat rempit sound

The room was excellent, boasting a fantastic view of Malacca city. Being on a high floor, humidity wasn't an issue at all. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The service was outstanding! Absolutely superb!

Overall, we had a good exp and enjoyed our stay, especially because of the facilities provided. However, some equipments may need maintenance. The hairdryer made a sizzling sound when in use & there was only one provided. The living room fan kept switching off by itself every 10-15mins. We contacted the host and were told that we might have accidentally set the timer despite the timer could only be set for 2 or 4 hrs. Other than these issues, we were happy with our stay.

We stayed in a luxury family suite with our children. The location is definitely the highlight; it's a convenient 12-15 minute walk to Jonker Street Night Market and the Stadthuys, making sightseeing very easy. The room was clean, and the staff were warm and attentive. A couple of things to note in advance: the suite is a duplex with a spiral staircase, which is not as practical as it looks and can be inconvenient for elderly guests or young children. Also, the hotel is near a church, so you'll hear hymns early in the morning, and there's noticeable motorbike noise late at night from downstairs. Light sleepers should definitely consider this. Overall, it's suitable for travelers who are out exploring during the day and aren't too bothered by noise at night.

We didnt bring any car, no comment about parking. The unit is enough for 6 adult. Aircon work good at living room, but not at the 3 bed room. They need to fix it. We have decent stay at the unit, towel and drinking water provided. One thing minus from the building is the Elevator, only 2 slow Elevator to provide all the unit with 26th floor. There is one time we need to go emergency exit just to go down to the ground floor. 😅

Overall, it's okay, but a bit old. The dining chairs, tables, furniture, and beds are all quite dated. The location is convenient; there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel facilities include a children's playground, a swimming pool, and a gym.

A very nice place

The booking process was easy, and the price was very reasonable, especially on weekdays. The host was very helpful and attentive. I was quite busy before check-in, but they kept me updated through text and provided clear instructions with a video guide, so the whole process was very easy to follow. Parking was easy to find and conveniently located near the lift. The lift was also fast, and we had no issues using it during our stay. The room was comfortable overall. One of the mattresses was slightly sunken in the middle, but the host provided plenty of extra pillows. The air conditioning worked very well and was very cold ,we did not even need to switch it on throughout the night. The shower heater worked perfectly, and the water pressure was strong too. The kitchen facilities were very useful, especially for families with a baby. The refrigerator was very cold, and ice cubes were also provided. There was also a clean microwave, cooker and water dispenser, which made it very convenient for preparing warm water for my baby's milk. There is also a washing machine, and detergent is provided. The swimming pool operates from 8.00 AM to 10.00 PM. We planned to use it, but because of the haze and my son not feeling well, we did not manage to try it. However, it looked very nice from above. Just remember to wear proper swimming attire, as T-shirts are not allowed in the pool. For early sleepers or those who prefer a quieter environment, choosing a higher floor may be more suitable, as some activity from the pool area can still be heard in the evening (after 9pm). Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with good facilities, easy parking and a very helpful host. Definitely good value for money. We would consider staying here again. Thanks!

The location is very convenience to Jonker st and there are lots of eatery in the surrounding area. Good to walk around the surrounding on your first day to know what are the type of cuisines available.
