The room is beautifully decorated; you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into its design. The overall style is very cohesive, and it's well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Its location right on the Strait of Malacca is fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during my two-day stay, so I couldn't enjoy the panoramic views, which was a shame. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall, we had a good exp and enjoyed our stay, especially because of the facilities provided. However, some equipments may need maintenance. The hairdryer made a sizzling sound when in use & there was only one provided. The living room fan kept switching off by itself every 10-15mins. We contacted the host and were told that we might have accidentally set the timer despite the timer could only be set for 2 or 4 hrs. Other than these issues, we were happy with our stay.

This is an apartment that is suitable for families of 4 and above. The unit that I have stayed is clean and it has air condition in every bedroom. You have a kitchen with some white goods attached to it. Just need to remember that it is an open plan so cooking would need to be careful. It does not have a cooker hood so it is not advisable to engage in cooking a proper food. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything I needed was provided. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Overall, it's okay, but a bit old. The dining chairs, tables, furniture, and beds are all quite dated. The location is convenient; there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel facilities include a children's playground, a swimming pool, and a gym.

A very nice place

Stayed for 2 days and 1 night with the kids. They absolutely loved the water park downstairs! The room was very clean, and there were plenty of food options nearby. When we were tired from playing, there were massage shops too. The room I booked had a water heater, which was super convenient for preparing milk for the kids 👍. It was a great experience, and we'll definitely come back next time ❤️.

Actually, I was extremely satisfied from the start, thinking I wouldn't need to look for another hotel next time. There was no unpleasant smell when I opened the door, and everything was very clean except for a few gecko droppings. The bed was so new it was still in its packaging! Most importantly, it was very convenient as it was close to all the places I needed to go. However, when I got back in the early morning and needed to wash up, there was no hot water and no hairdryer. I took a cold shower, and my hair was still wet, so I couldn't sleep. My whole mood was ruined. I didn't receive a reply to the owner's message, perhaps because it was too late. I hope this can be improved; otherwise, even with a better environment, I won't come back.

The decor is really cozy and the whole place feels very comfortable. The master bedroom has two double beds, and the smaller room has two single beds, so it's perfect for a family. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the master bedroom isn't very cold. It might be time for a cleaning!
