This is a very nice homestay. The owner is super nice and friendly. The owner helped carry stuff to our room, give recommendation for food and special clothes hiring store. She is super warm - also helped to order milk tea as I cannot access delivery! This is a must try homestay. It’s also near the gate to Wuzhen ancient town - easy to buy ticket as foreigner and go

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

The boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The location is very close to Mrt Station Pengbu exit C. ( only 1 stop from Hangzhou East Railway station. Can reach Pengbu from line 1 or 4) You only need to walk less than 5 min to reach hotel. This is more like a studio apartment, without receptionist. So, you better contact hotel befor arrival. Hotel will provide information about building ( there are several buildings, in the apps it's stated 2nd building, but we got 3rd building), room number and password to open the door. Facilities are complete, only no TV. The washing machine is good, also serve as dryer. You can also ask for room cleaning. . If I come again to Hangzhou, will stay here again.

Great location close to the entrance of the West Scenic Zone, with restaurants, breakfast places and convenience stores nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, spacious room that's great for relaxing in, with a good bathroom too. (I stayed in a double room alone; the bathroom is not set up for privacy, so it's better for couples rather than friends.) Very reasonable price. The only thing to note is that the main door closes around midnight, so it can be tricky to have a late night out.

The B&B is in the scenic area, close to the main street of Caishen Bay. It's just right to walk around the main street and come back from Caishen Bay. The boss upgraded us to a waterfront terrace room. He picked us up when we went there and sent us to Xizha the next day. Thank you very much. The room is very clean and has basic facilities and toiletries. However, the bathroom is a bit cold due to the big drop in temperature these days, but everything else is good

When she saw that the three of us were traveling by car, the first thing she said was that if there was not enough drinking water, we could get it ourselves. It was so considerate! It felt comfortable! She also gave the children a box of sister-in-law cakes (not mentioning the price is a kind gesture). It was great! Convenient transportation, not far from the Xizha gate, and the taxi from Dongzha is a starting price. The geographical location is excellent! The parking lot and the homestay are convenient and safe! If I have the opportunity to come to Wuzhen again, I will stay at his house! There is nothing to say. Friends can have the opportunity to experience it for themselves! Good is good! Going out to travel and spending money is for a good time! You can't cheat friends of Ctrip!

The room is very clean, and the bed and pillow are very comfortable and I slept very soundly. There is also a small electric donkey to borrow at the back, which can be borrowed and returned at any time, which is convenient for travel. The restaurant of the lady boss's house has good dishes, grilled fish, the three treasures of the ancient town, and mutton are all delicious. The rice dumplings are also cut for you attentively. Like it. Every time I come back, I am greeted warmly, like going home! I will order the lady boss's house again. My friend will go to the ancient town to play at the end of the month. I just left and I already miss the food of the ancient town and the friendly hotel service of the lady boss! Wuzhen, I have been here and never left!

An amazing location, fantastic service, the owner and her mother were extremely helpful and friendly, took us by car to the ticket office and entrance to wuzhen. Breakfast was well provided for Asian taste , suggest the have some milk for morning tea for the odd westerner like me staying, but it's not a big deal Coffee shop inside the boutique motel rather than a home stay. We will stay here again, I hope they visit us in new Zealand..

I stayed in the room with a projector. The room was really cozy and the host's hospitality was amazing! It felt like I was going back to a relative house rather than a hostel. The host would always be greeting us whenever we are leaving or coming back. He also went above and beyond to provide us with extra services (such as providing us with lights when we were filming **) Amazing service as well as an amazing place! The projector was a great addition allowing us to wind down at the end of the day.

The aesthetic of the hotel is spot on. I love all the furniture choices of the hotel. The breakfast was superb and it was not even expensive. I would highly recommend their breakfast. The staff are also very friendly and thoughtful. The down side about the hotel was that it was a little warm and we were unable to turn on the AC since we visited in November. There were also some mosquitoes in the room due to the room temperature being a little on the warmer side. Noise level was OK, it did get a little noisy during one night, which was kind of expected since there are only 3 stories so we could pretty much hear all the noises from anyone walking past the property. Maybe it will be better to not stay on the side close to the streets. I would not recommend the balcony room since it’s really close to your neighbor and there isn’t much to see. There’s also no hotel facilities, which I didn’t mind but just fyi for anyone who is looking for a gym etc.

I chose this homestay for a solo trip. The location is actually quite easy to find. It is convenient to take a bus or taxi, although I walked up. In this season, it gets dark early, so it is best to go up the mountain early, but there are lights on the main road and it is okay to go out. The balcony outside the first floor is suitable for enjoying the wind and overlooking the mountain view. It was cloudy yesterday and rainy today, but it is actually very beautiful. If it is sunny, you should be able to see the sunrise. The housekeeper is very thoughtful. After checking in, he will send the tour route of nearby attractions. Before resting, he will ask again if there is any need. Before going out for a walk at night, he will remind you to bring an umbrella in the rain, which is very considerate. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and even suggested some good areas to eat out. The location was prime , as it was only 15 minutes walking distance to the lake. Amazing stay in Hangzhou. Our hosts are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well-decorated. The location is near the lake very easy to get around. But you will hear some noise from others talking outside. It's okay for us since the service is excellent

The home owners accommodated us greatly for our late arrival and other guides and bookings. The breakfast is simple but delicious. They are warm and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is convenient with easy access to bus, near the nine creek which is beautiful. In the autumn, the sweet osmanthus fragrance creates the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

Came to Hangzhou for a weekend and chose W PLUS Hotel after reading the recommendations online. The hotel is quiet and two kilometers away from the West Lake, which is convenient to walk to. The room facilities are good and the service is particularly thoughtful. There are fresh fruits and good night sweet soup every day (taro milk tea and sour soup dumplings respectively). The mini bar in the room is well stocked with drinks. The breakfast is of good quality with a wide variety. An afternoon tea was also arranged during the stay. I added the hotel's WeChat and the service was very considerate. The overall experience was great and I would like to visit this hotel again.
