Our family of four drives! Parking is very convenient. After 5 minutes, it is a large supermarket. I bought oil, breakfast sausage, horn melon, and rice. I cooked a super delicious rice porridge. I was worried about whether Turkish rice would not be suitable for porridge. It turns out that it is not only suitable but also very tasty. The rice oil cooked is very sweet and satisfies the appetite that was tortured by Turkish breakfast for a few days! Of course, the health itself has to be cleaned up. The garbage can be taken downstairs and thrown in the trash can at the entrance of the hotel. I have seen many residents do the same! Three rooms, one master bedroom downstairs, two single bed rooms upstairs, one child, one child is very happy. The hotel is very comfortable and is recommended by the heart!

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. I stayed for a day without cleaning the room, and stayed for another day without cleaning until noon, and there was no toilet paper. To the embankment 7 minutes on foot. There are several chain supermarkets and a bus station nearby. Convenient to walk to the center and to the beaches are different if you are without a car. The apartment complex itself is comfortable and clean. Two air conditioners and always cool. The apartment has everything you need - hdmi cable, all accessories, slippers, dishes. There is free coffee at the reception. There is an elevator. and a shared washing machine on the top floor. This is probably one of the best and not super expensive places to stay in Kas. The staff is super friendly.

Had a ground floor apartment this time staying here while visiting family who live nearby. Apartment was comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed. Nice breakfast. Pool and apartment was lovely and clean. Migros and Bim supermarkets nearby. Reception sell cans of soft drinks or bottles of beer (Efes). Drying rack was a bit rusty but I don't do washing on holiday anyway! Washing machine and dishwasher there would of been nice to have a toaster (hubby loves toast at midnight!) Will defo stay here again

New structure dedicated to ''5 stars'', a prepared and multilingual H24 reception. The apartment, and very comfortable, clean, light and with all the comforts, A/C, sofa, chair, kitchen with oven, table to eat big cool, washing machine. The bedroom, double with A/C, comfortable bed and bleeding. Nearly behind the airport, there are considerable air traffic but little urban traffic.

We are incredibly pleased to have chosen these apartments. We lived in a studio with a view that will never be forgotten! The room has everything necessary, even traditional Turkish cups to enjoy sunset and delicious tea.

We took advantage of the holiday and stayed in this apartment in Kaş for the summer vacation. The owners were tolerant and caring. We stayed in a room with a large balcony on the terrace floor. Rooms and other common areas are clean and beautiful, just as seen in the pictures. We couldn't get enough of that unique view of the steep green mountains and the sea at the same time. It was a wonderful feeling to watch this view on the terrace balcony while sipping your drink. The hotel is very simply and tastefully furnished and has a very spacious atmosphere. Even though we were tired of going uphill every time we came back from the bazaar, we didn't care because everything else I mentioned made us very happy. Plates, cups, etc... everything is available for cooking in the room.

Last year left with a feeling that it would be worth returning. And here they came back :) This time they stayed in apartments with sea view on the second floor. The view is as stunning as from the penthouse, and here comfort is more than at the expense of two well-functioning air conditioners (one in the bedroom, another in the kitchen-room). Plus here is a large full-fledged refrigerator and TV. Fast Internet, very comfortable bed with pillows, good fan, utility, washing machine with washing powder. Everything is still perfect :) From wishes - except to add a cup and kitchen towel. For the child, a very good laying bed with a full mattress. Very pleased that the parking was repaired: the white chicken was removed, Now a pavement tile. There are mattresses on the lying. Booked duplex room with loft, a large bed in the attic and a sofa bed underneath. The balcony and the window door are inductive. If the air conditioner is not closed, or the balcony door is opened, the air conditioner will automatically turn off and the air conditioner needs to be re-opened. This design is very ridiculous. From the airport pick up to the checkout a great experience. Very clean hotel, lovely staff ( Big shout out to Kevser, she was amazing). Two pools plus kids pool and a slide pool. Good value all you can eat breakfast. The views from our room were amazing of sea and mountains. Very central location in Alanya, with Kleopatra beach just a 5 min walk away. We will be going bavk soon.

Third day here. This is a test even for not picky tourist! There is no hot water, only warm and a little bit for one of me is not enough to wash! Runs from hot, then slightly warm, then cold. I'm at home, dousing myself with cold water once a day!) but this is something! Wash with warm water! It is very easy to get confused with the hotels in Alanya near Cleopatra beach because 90% of the hotels have the word 'Cleopatra' in them. Overall a decent experience with this hotel. Amazing location, a 5-minute walk from everything, and the hotel is hidden down the main road away from the noise. You cannot beat the location, it is literally near everything. The room itself was spacious and clean. Good wifi connection and a good large balcony. The elevator is extremely tiny, one person can barely even fit in it! Let alone bringing with you bags. The service was alright - however, they did not provide refreshments or tea/coffee in the room (only one bottle of water on the first day). When we asked for tea at reception they told us you can get it during breakfast if you pay. The shower temperature was controlled - it did not heat very well on the first day - however after a complaint it was fixed. Overall the main positive for this hotel is where it is situated - right in the heart of Alanya with a short distance to the beach/castle/gondola.

After reading the negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at HMA. We have had an amazing 2 weeks here from start to finish. Our hotel room was very spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of the I love Alanya sign from our balcony. The pool area was so lovely and quiet, the music wasn’t too loud throughout the day and night and the staff are very polite and attentive. The food at HMA was also beautiful! There is a small SOK supermarket next door to the hotel which was very ideal. It is around 10/15 minutes to the harbour and beach which has lots of restaurants and bars and is even lovely to walk to on an evening. I could not recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning here next year and we will ensure to book our room reservation at HMA hotel. Although it is not an all inclusive hotel, the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.
