BE Pods Lahug is 100% worth it. Unlike other budget places that feel old or cramped, this place feels modern and ”Instagrammable.” It’s perfect for solo travelers or digital nomads who need to be near IT Park but don’t want to pay hotel prices. . The air conditioning is freezing (in a good way!). Since it's located in Lahug, you are surrounded by great food spots and cafes, and it's very easy to catch a ride. It’s a bit quiet and disciplined, which is great if you actually want to get some sleep. For the price you pay, the quality you get is a steal.

The place is old and kinda creepy but it was fine tho. There's a pool and a KTV room which help we like at least. On a negative note, the price for a broken glass is too much (500 pesos)!! I mean, I know we got to be careful always, but yeah.

There are all kinds of mirrors in the room. To be honest, we found it a bit creepy. Besides, there’s a life-sized figure sticker, and it always feels like someone is watching you... That said, the host has a really good attitude. They tried to help solve all kinds of problems. It’s also very close to the airport, only about a 5-minute taxi ride.

The rooms at 88th Avenue are spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The gym is surprisingly well-equipped and definitely one of the highlights of the property. The main downside is the lack of a swimming pool, which some travelers might miss. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay of a few nights, especially if you value room size and a solid gym.

Honest review2 for our 2 night stay: *unlike other airbnb, They don't provide basic shower needs. No free bottled water as well upon arrival. *fridge are not clean before our stay. *sink and stove are not cleaned as well. * not exactly same as posted. The place is still good if you're not that sensitive with all the things mentioned above. We still managad to enjoy our stay. 😊

We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed for just one night. The room had all the amenities, which was great. Washing machines are a problem, but this one was available, and after a long flight, doing laundry was the best solution. 🧼 The service was good, everyone was friendly. The view was beautiful. I recommend it. ✅
