BE Pods Lahug is 100% worth it. Unlike other budget places that feel old or cramped, this place feels modern and ”Instagrammable.” It’s perfect for solo travelers or digital nomads who need to be near IT Park but don’t want to pay hotel prices. . The air conditioning is freezing (in a good way!). Since it's located in Lahug, you are surrounded by great food spots and cafes, and it's very easy to catch a ride. It’s a bit quiet and disciplined, which is great if you actually want to get some sleep. For the price you pay, the quality you get is a steal.

The place is old and kinda creepy but it was fine tho. There's a pool and a KTV room which help we like at least. On a negative note, the price for a broken glass is too much (500 pesos)!! I mean, I know we got to be careful always, but yeah.

Honest review2 for our 2 night stay: *unlike other airbnb, They don't provide basic shower needs. No free bottled water as well upon arrival. *fridge are not clean before our stay. *sink and stove are not cleaned as well. * not exactly same as posted. The place is still good if you're not that sensitive with all the things mentioned above. We still managad to enjoy our stay. 😊

We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. I booked a room in the evening and arrived like an hour later. The room wasn’t ready, there were no clean towels in the room, no drinking water. They gave it all later, but still… The room itself is nice and big.

There are all kinds of mirrors in the room. To be honest, we found it a bit creepy. Besides, there’s a life-sized figure sticker, and it always feels like someone is watching you... That said, the host has a really good attitude. They tried to help solve all kinds of problems. It’s also very close to the airport, only about a 5-minute taxi ride.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.
