Location: Staying inside the scenic area truly makes a difference. The standard room by the water had very clean windows, and pulling back the curtains revealed a beautiful view! Facilities: It's an old building, so if you're staying on the second floor, you need to walk softly; otherwise, it might disturb guests downstairs. Service: Excellent value for money, especially since it included tickets. Highly recommend it!

The room had an overall ancient charm, and while the facilities were a bit old, it was kept very clean. The elderly couple downstairs were especially kind and provided excellent service. Staying right inside the scenic area was super convenient; we didn't have to worry about it closing at night and could enjoy the peaceful water town romance in the morning. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, highly recommended! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The service was excellent. Luggage can be checked in and out, and the process is well-managed through a mobile app, allowing you to track its status at any time. Checking in felt a bit like a lucky dip, as all the Wuzhen guesthouses are part of the same complex, and you don't know which specific building you'll get. However, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! Our guesthouse was right behind Zhaoming Academy, centrally located in Xizha and not too far from the exit. All the guesthouses are old buildings, and the interiors are beautifully decorated! The best part was not only that the guesthouse was surrounded by water on two sides, but our room was also right by the water. Lying in bed, watching the rippling patterns on the ceiling and listening to the birds chirp was incredibly relaxing. The air conditioning was already turned on before we arrived. Breakfast was fantastic; we sat outside by the water, surrounded by flowers. There were also some services we didn't use, like the free shuttle buggies within the scenic area, which you can call for when you're leaving. But we didn't end up using them.

All the guesthouses here are uniformly managed. Once you arrive at the scenic area, they'll arrange for your luggage to be sent directly to your guesthouse, so you don't have to worry about it. The guesthouse hosts are also incredibly helpful; they'll even carry your luggage right to your room door. When it's time to leave, they'll arrange a sightseeing cart and help load your luggage onto it. One morning, I wanted an iced drink, and the auntie even advised against it, saying it's not good to drink cold things in the morning, and reminded me that soy milk was included with our breakfast. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of character – much better than the one we booked in Hangzhou. Highly recommend!

Choosing this guesthouse in Wuzhen was absolutely the right decision! The view of the Jiangnan water town scenery right outside our window was fantastic. The room was spotless, neatly arranged, and thoughtfully equipped with a mosquito net, so we didn't have to worry about bugs at all. We had such a comfortable and peaceful stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

The room was clean and tidy. It was a bit noisy in the morning because the room faced the street. Breakfast was plentiful and the service was excellent. If you don't feel like walking, you can take the scenic shuttle bus, and your luggage is delivered directly to your room without you having to carry it yourself. Very satisfied! 👍

Wish granted! I got the waterside room with a small balcony~ Enjoyed the unique views from the balcony both in the early morning and at night. The guesthouse owner was super friendly and enthusiastic. The room was very clean~ This balcony also has its own unique photo spot!

The host was very kind and friendly, and the location inside the scenic area was super convenient. Absolutely worth the money! It was excellent, felt very comfortable, and the scenery was beautiful. Being right in the scenic area, the air was fresh, and there were plenty of options for food and entertainment.
