The room is spacious, and the location is excellent—close to services, cafés, and tourist attractions. However, there is significant noise, as the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, making it feel like being on the street. In addition, the air conditioner is quite loud and disruptive. The price is relatively affordable compared to most hotels in the same area, which is a positive point. Regarding service, the reception often does not respond to phone calls, and we had to call multiple times or go down to the front desk to request simple items such as water also the female receptionist’s overall attitude needs improvement.

This was my first time visiting Abha, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was excellent, with only a few minor issues, such as the soundproofing of the rooms, where all sounds were audible, and the room service not changing the towels during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely choose the same hotel. I would also like to thank all the respectful and helpful staff.

Possibly one of the best choices for accomodation in Abha clean updated interiors, low level noise of the aircondition (great difficulty in the rest of our road trip through Saudi Arabia). Big comfortable single beds in the twin room we got. After 2 days of bad accomodation choices we really felt that we got a good night's rest and felt the comforts of european-like standards. View not something special, but at least it was open view of the city which is descend.

The sanitation is very good, the environment is very quiet, the transportation is convenient, very safe, the breakfast is very good, the rooftop restaurant is very unique, and the French fries are super delicious

Excellent hotel. Very clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Room service is great. Perfect location  Highly recommend anyone visiting Abha to stay there! I’m considering revisiting the city with the family for leisure and stay at the same hotel.

Nice hotel with modern amenities. Restaurant overpriced considering the quality and depth of food choices. Balcony rooms facing highway can be a bit noisy.

A comfortable hotel first, and it's also in a good place in a slide Thursday, and it has a sweet and God restaurant. The reception staff are very special and the barber. I liked the cars in there. The restaurant needs only some development. The response speed is remarkably high. So God repeats the journey after that.

Good hotel just need to call them to clean the room
