IImran LondonExcellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care.
All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests.
Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable.
Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled.
I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

KKhurram HussainThe staff told me at the reception during my check-in that my breakfast is included in my stay and the next day when I come for the breakfast, they told me it is not included and I have to go back again to my room so it was so embarrassing and in front of other people I really feel awkward. The staff should inform the guest very clearly about every information in advance. Hopefully they will not do the same with other guest.

BBipul123I had a great stay at Royal Swiss Lahore—its location next to the airport was super convenient. I felt completely secure, and the staff provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious, and everything was clean and well-managed. Though on the arrival day they provided me room which didn’t match with descriptions.

NNoman AmjedThe room was clean; however, there was an unpleasant smell from the carpet. Early check-in was not facilitated, and my room was still not ready at 1:30 PM. Only one dental kit was provided initially; additional kits were given upon request.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, it was an above-average experience and overpriced, though there is room for improvement in professionalism.

BBobbiThe room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

However, after trying out the mattress, I found that it was completely wrapped in plastic sheeting with a cotton sheet on top. It was like sleeping on a plastic sheet; there was no ventilation whatsoever, and it was extremely hot. But after I contacted the hotel front desk, they actively addressed the issue by removing the plastic wrapping.

GGuest UserIts an old apartment complex. Most bedrooms are based on 3 bedrooms suite style. The bedroom window opens in the corridor and that itself is such a lame tactic of Avari. The location itself is quite inconvenient as you need to take a 5km u turn whenever you exit or enter the property. Overall, the hotel is disappointing and depressing. I hate to stereotype but It looks like another faizabad hotel took over by careless abbasi (s). The staff is apparently courteous but never cares to listen or understand the guests concerns. I hope that management will consider this as a constructive review and make solid improvements.
