Flying from Tromsø to Oslo for an early morning flight home the next day, we had a bit of a mix-up. We rushed to the nearest 'Blue Hotel' after exiting the airport, thinking how convenient it was, only to be told it wasn't the right one. So, we walked and walked, following the covered walkway for about ten minutes until we finally arrived. The hotel's name wasn't very obvious, and I even thought we'd gone wrong again. The room was very spacious, with a large bed and a bunk bed, and the bedding was excellent – very large. However, the shower still didn't have a door, so water got all over the floor. We only stayed for five hours from check-in to check-out, which felt a bit like a waste.

I stayed here for one night before heading into Oslo city, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient for travelers—just a short ride from the airport. The hotel may not be ultra-luxurious, but for a short stay, it’s absolutely perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed—it gives a very open and welcoming first impression. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options (more than I could finish!). There’s even a gym available, which is a great bonus for a transit hotel. But what really stands out is the value for money—for the price I paid, this was way beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stay near Oslo Airport. Totally worth it!

Lovely overnight stay breaking up our journey home from Svalbard. Nice welcome from the reception staff. We had dinner in the restaurant and had Chicken Salad and Pork Schnitzel. Both were very nice meals and were absolutely enormous. Slept well in comfy beds even though it was hot Good breakfast this morning before we left. Overall a great experience.

Located in a beautiful location where is quiet and scenic. There are nice eateries near by and there is a mid size super market just a stone throw away

It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. Just turn left out of the airport and follow the pedestrian walkway. There's a 24-hour front desk, so no worries about late check-in. The room is spacious enough and well-equipped. The breakfast is a buffet with a good variety and taste, although it's all Western-style food. Originally, I wasn't supposed to stay at this hotel, but my initial reservation was under renovation and closed. Ctrip (Trip.com) specially accommodated my needs by switching me to this hotel and absorbed the price difference themselves. I chose this flight for a layover, mainly to save money. However, I couldn't check in for my second flight, so I decided to book a last-minute overnight stay. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle cost about 220 KR for two people.

The hotel's style is a bit dated, but it's clean and odor-free. Its location is close to the airport, but you need to take a bus to get there (under 10 minutes); it looks close on the map, but it would take over an hour to walk. The hotel offers a free breakfast with a wide variety of options. For Oslo, the price is quite good.

The hotel is very good, clean and green. I will surely visit Oslo again because of the hotel. Their customer service is very good and their breakfast buffet is the best. I and my woman really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. 5 stars is what I can give in all ramifications.

First time to travel to Oslo and had a lovely time at Raddison Blue Oslo! Location: It was far from the station and it took longer than I expected. And it’s not easy to find a way at first and a bit quiet area so if you’re going first time better to arrive early during day time as it might be very dark to walk from the station. Or take taxi. Room: very clean and it was nice to have slippers and bathrobe. Bed was very comfortable. It was great to have not only kettle but also Espresso coffee machine. Only thing is showers water pressure was quite low , I was surprised since it’s Raddison blue. Stuffs: reception stuffs were very kind and nice, they kindly arrange me to stay at a room on see side so it was lovely to see sea from window. Surrounding: No shops are around so it’s a bit inconvenient but it was so wonderful to have a sea side path for a quiet long walk! Breakfast: variety kind of food and spacious restaurant.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! We booked two nights, June 18th and June 25th, because we had early morning connecting flights out of Oslo Airport on both days. We chose an airport hotel for convenience, and it turned out to be an excellent decision, especially since they offer free luggage storage, which saved us so much hassle. We were embarking on a trip that included an Arctic cruise, Lofoten, Iceland, and then warmer destinations like Portugal and Singapore, so we had to pack clothes for all seasons, resulting in two suitcases per person. On June 3rd, we flew into Oslo and immediately connected to Lofoten. Before our arrival, we'd asked if we could store some luggage at the hotel, and they quickly confirmed. We were even prepared to pay for it, but to our surprise, it was completely free! We ended up passing through Oslo five times during our trip, needing to swap out clothes each time. The hotel staff patiently helped us retrieve and store our luggage every single time, which made our journey incredibly smooth. We are so grateful to the hotel! The accommodation itself was also very good. We'll definitely be recommending it to our friends.
