VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge. I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes. She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.” I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan. I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel. It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.

The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse.

I travel to Sendai frequently for business, and I feel this hotel offers the best value for money. It's about a seven or eight-minute walk from Sendai Station. The hotel has an overall light-colored ambiance, making it very bright. The common areas, hallways, elevators, and rooms are all quite spacious, never feeling cramped. There's also a thoughtfully designed lounge area. In terms of details, the room layout is practical, allowing multiple suitcases to be opened. The TV is relatively new and large, and there's a sofa. The service is also quite attentive; they give you a facial mask upon check-in, the skincare products are Sekkisei, and the toothbrush is of higher quality than most hotels. You can really feel the care they put into it.

Amazing view and at a quiet area just a few minutes from the Sendai Station. One negative experience was that this hotel basically does not offer any English speaking TV channels and only has access to Youtube or VOD. Youtube could not be logged in as a guest and the guest is required to login using their personal email accounts. This for me was the 1st time of such an experience ,while staff was polite language is definitely a problem .

No return to Japan in three years! The most anticipated trip this trip is Li's Zhuquanzhuang Hot Spring Hotel will stay for 2 nights! On that day 2022-10-21 My wife and I were driving to the King of Tibet at 11 am in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The most ideal time for default is four and a half hours! At 6 pm, I arrived first! As soon as I arrived, the staff of Zhuquanzhuang used super kind attitude to condolences! After explaining, they dry the room without saying anything! Check-in at the extreme speed! After finishing, we will have a beautiful dinner for us! Fear that I will starve to death! After eating, soak up a hot spring and all the troubles are drying! On the second day! My wife and I are going to the nearby attractions to scare down the cable car to scare the maple leaves! About the hotel 6:30 meal! I know that the car is slower than before! Another half hour later, return to the hotel first! They again use their kind attitude to condolences! So they have used a kind of attitude to care about the guests for two consecutive days! Prove that the quality of the hotel service is not vegetarian! I really feel that they are waiting for their family to come back to eat! No matter the restaurant, open air style and room privacy is extremely high! Their service attitude is better than I thought! Looking forward to coming back next time ⋯! The hotel has been hit by the tsunami and reborn. The Nanqixianmao BRT Station can be seen but there is a distance to go. The nearby payment is the Qixianmao Fish Market. Although the room is non-smoking, it is a little old and the net smell of smoke. The large bath is only open-air. The sauna is completely hot and has the same. Go to the Qixian Marsh for one night.
