Guest UserDuring my stay at Tobu Narita Hotel, I unfortunately lost my beautiful left big toenail because of the uneven floor between the bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom floor was slightly higher than the room floor, and I learned the hard way that even a small step can cause a BIG problem! đ
I was in a hurry to get to the bathroom because I had diarrhea after having breakfast at the hotel buffet. Unfortunately, my big toe hit the raised edge of the bathroom floor, which forcefully lifted my toenail. đ
I tried to push the nail back down, but the pain was unbearable. Once the nail was out, you cannot fix it. Eventually, I had no choice but to remove the nail completely. It was SO painful! I had pain about one week & kept praying nobody will step on my toe đ©
Because of this unfortunate accident, I couldnât go swimming, couldnât enjoy the onsen, and couldnât fully enjoy my vacation in Japan. And when I Googled it, I found out that a big toenail can take about a year to grow back! đ
Iâm honestly so sad and frustrated because itâs summertime, and I love wearing sandals and showing off my pretty toenails! đĄđ
đ
So, guys, please be careful with uneven floor levels, especially when walking quickly into the bathroom. One tiny step can ruin your whole vacationâand your pedicure! đ

LohMKNo need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there.
The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price).
There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there.
The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!

limmaysallyThe hotel is an older building but remains very clean and well-kept. I was lucky enough to get a room facing the trees, which was very relaxing. The front desk team is fantastic, fluent in English. A special thank you to Chen at the front desk for the warm welcome and amazing help!Guests get free access to a 24-hour gym, and they also have a highly convenient self-service coin laundry, though the laundry room itself was a bit dirty/messy The free shuttle bus to the airport, train station, and town is a massive convenience. The only downside is the bed, which is quite old and could use an update. Highly recommend for the value!

Guest UserMy overall stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really soundly at night. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

WrinnieThis was our first trip to Japan and we had an amazing time. This hotel was amazing. The room service was great and we got our room cleaned everyday at a set time. Every evening we went back to our room the amenities were always restocked. The bath robs, pajamas and slippers were the best.
But what topped it off was the room we booked had a balcony where we were actually able to open the door and sit out there and see the amazing view.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and very close to Disneyland, which was super convenient for taking the kids. We could come back and rest easily. What really saved us was that on the day we arrived, it was pouring rain, and all our clothes and shoes got soaked! The hotel had a self-service laundry and dryer, and they even brought us a shoe dryer! We were so touched; otherwise, we wouldn't have known what to wear back to Tokyo the next day. The hotel views are beautiful; early in the morning, you can see people doing water activities and even fishing. My child said they wished we could stay two more days! There's also a Lawson downstairs, which is very convenient. The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit complicated and slow. Waiting there completely drenched was really uncomfortable.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience.
Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things.
Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people.

yukilovegaI stayed here for 3 nights after visiting Tokyo Disneyland one day and DisneySea the next. It's very close to Bayside Station, just a short walk away, so no need for a shuttle. The hotel is large, and the room was quite spacious, but it's genuinely very old and dated. As soon as you step out of the elevator, there's a strong musty smell that made me sneeze. The air conditioning controls surprised me; I'd never seen anything like them before and almost couldn't figure them out. Although there are several restaurants for breakfast, the food variety isn't actually that much, and the taste is just average. Plus, you have to queue for everything. There are too few coin-operated washing machines, so you can never get a turn. All in all, I wouldn't consider staying here again.
