As clean as it gets for a dated hotel. Truly needs refurbishment. Location is alright, shuttle bus provided for town access. Service as expected of Japanese hotel standard. Nice hotel garden with onsen. However please note, this is the first 4-star hotel that provided me with only 2 pillow for my room. Additional pillow requires charges. Though I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids.
We stayed for a night to catch an early flight the next day. Unfortunately, something occurred in our previous hotel which made us arrive at the airport very late. This hotel has shuttle bus from T1 and T2 but we arrived very late so we had to walk from the terminal to the hotel. It was around 10minutes walk but as it was around 1am, so it's pretty dark along the way. However, the front desk service is good. They introduced us to their hotel facilities, assisted us with check in really quickly and briefed us on the shuttle bus to the airport the next day. The room is also quite spacious for us to fully open a luggage on the floor for packing. Bed is comfortable and pillow is good. Sadly we only slept for 3 hours as we need to catch our flight.
They specially chartered two shuttle buses for both individual terminals in the morning as there was a long queue. They are really efficient in organising all the guests to get on the buses to our terminals. This, we gave respect for that.
Didnt manage to take a photo so i just uploaded a random pic i took in Tokyo haha!
Stayed for one night in Japan with my son while transiting to the US. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service, though it's still a bit of a distance from the airport. Beyond the hotel, there are only one or two convenience stores nearby. The convenience store on the first floor of this hotel doesn't have much selection, and the prices are higher compared to the 7-Eleven or FamilyMart (can't remember which) located under another hotel about 300-400 meters away. That one has a wider variety and reasonable prices. We walked there as a mini-excursion and explored. The hotel facilities are decent, just a little bit dated.
Chose this hotel as we were attending an event to be held at Makuhari Convention Center. 100% worth it!
Room - spacious
Distance to venue - literally 3 mins walk
Will return to this hotel again for sure
Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.
The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of four and were provided with queen-size beds and twin single, which were very comfortable. T bathrooms, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. 👍

Travelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat!
If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!
The most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo; it's clean, comfortable, and even has a natural hot spring. It's a bit far from the city center, but the TX line gets you there directly in 42 minutes. Plus, there's an airport bus that goes straight to the airport, and the price is great! The surrounding area is also very relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
There was a large bath with sauna so I was able to relax. From the rooftop, I could see the night view of the city. The air was clear so I could see the Skytree. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was happy that they also provided cups for taking coffee home. I would like to use it again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The shuttle bus from Haneda Airport directly to the hotel entrance is super convenient. To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.
KkangniconnieThere's an airport shuttle bus that goes directly to the hotel, and having two Lawson convenience stores downstairs is incredibly convenient. You can easily walk to the train station for Sea Land, and the shuttle bus to Maihama Station is also very convenient and quick. I'll definitely stay here again next time! The room was spacious, and my kids had a great time.

AAnonymous UserThis was the biggest room I've stayed in Tokyo, and it was also convenient for getting to Disney with their shuttle service. However, getting to and from the city center was a bit of a hassle because it's quite far from the subway station. Also, over two days, I asked several different front desk staff multiple times how to get to Haneda Airport. They all just gave me the shuttle schedule and told me to go to the opposite Hyatt hotel to catch the bus. But not a single person told me I needed to book tickets in advance! When I arrived at the pick-up point on the day, I was told ticket sales had already closed. Even though there were visible empty seats on the shuttle, they wouldn't let me board! I had to take a taxi to the airport to catch my flight, which ended up costing me 680 RMB. I'm really quite unhappy about this point!
