This hotel is very new and in a good location, but the rooms are small. The biggest problem is that the decoration smell is too strong. Whether it is the corridor or the room, it is full of exhaust gas. It is unbearable. I am worried that I will get sick if I stay here for a long time. Although the service here is good, it is estimated that it will be safer to wait for a year to move in.

The hotel was beautiful; I can say it was the nicest, cleanest hotel with a great view at this price. Khatia at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. I will definitely stay there again if I come to Batumi next time.

First of all it is a complete f/p hotel, the hotel is very clean, the staff is smiling (hard to find in georgia), easy to reach. Central heating etc. is sufficient. There is a children's playroom, fitness etc. When we stayed there, the breakfast was not open buffet because it was off season, but they give you a sufficient menu, you choose from the menu, omelet, pancake, cheese, croissant, honey, nutella, cornflakes, boiled eggs etc. There are also appetizer menus and soup in the hotel. All the staff are smiling and well-intentioned. The minus is that the restaurant menu is very narrow and there is no room service. If I go again, I would prefer to stay without hesitation. In short, it is a clean, safe and complete family hotel

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center. It was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, but I was satisfied with the sauna facilities and the variety of breakfast options.

We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.
