AAnonymous UserThe first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

YYuuuuuzenThis is a clean hotel with good service and delicious breakfast! I especially loved having Quark, Skyr, smoothies, and kiwi š„ every morning.
I stayed for about 20 days.
A few things bothered me: check-in took an incredibly long time, daily housekeeping was very basic, and the gym wasn't easily accessible. There was no 24-hour staffed fitness club. The gym is on the first floor, but there's no one there...
From 3 PM onwards, there's a huge line, and it's hard to check in quickly. Due to the basic cleaning, sheets aren't changed, and many things are left as they were the day before. Tissues and shampoo weren't replaced for two days, so I used my own. I had to find a time when there were no check-in guests to ask at the counter for refills. It's puzzling why the hairdryer was put back in its bag when it could have been left plugged in, and tissues weren't replaced...
Empty plastic bottles (Pfand bottles) weren't collected, but glass bottles were. I wonder if glass bottles are tipped? I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing or a system, but some items are collected and some aren't.
Update: Regarding the gym
I initially thought the hotel's value for money was questionable given the services, but my opinion changed once I learned how to use the gym and actually used it. I wouldn't have known how to use it without asking... Just looking at the signs, it looked like the gym was on the 1st floor, and you could see it through the glass, but it seemed to be under construction. When I asked at the counter, I found out it was actually outside. I was able to use the highly-rated Fitness First in the adjacent building.

GGuest UserWe were stayed there because it was near an event we attended. It was a nice place and I wish I had had enough time to check out the spa area. All I can really say, spacious room, everything kept up well, big bathtub (if you're into that). We were both very content with the breakfast.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very central. Dresden isn't that big, so staying anywhere in the old town is fine. This place feels more like a budget hotel, but the price isn't expensive either. Hotels in Dresden are much cheaper than in other cities. It's a bit old but clean and tidy. You can get sparkling water from the hallway. Check-out at noon is great.
A highlight is being able to use the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi that can fit five or six people. After seeing it, I immediately went to Primark and bought a 7-euro swimsuit to use it. The pool temperature is higher than usual, which is nice. No need to bring a swimming cap.
The sauna seems to be co-ed. I saw the men's changing room from the sauna! š I quickly ran to get dressed when I saw someone walk by! š±
You need to wear slippers to enter the pool area. Slippers aren't expensive to buy, and the hotel also provides disposable ones.
There are music festivals in the square outside during summer, but you can't hear the sound. It's great for strolling around at night.
We found the Japanese restaurant on the second floor, which has good reviews, to be particularly unappetizing, and the service was incredibly slow. Not recommended.

RRPSMThe INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafĆ©s. Itās a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining.
We didnāt opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, thereās no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies ā a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable.
The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. Itās clean, straightforward, and unpretentious ā not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. Theyāre the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldnāt go amiss.
Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If youāre visiting during a hotter spell ā say, in August ā you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isnāt known for oppressive heat.
We parked in a nearby public parking facility for ā¬20 per day. Itās a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotelās own parking offering.
Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. Itās a solid, no-frills choice ā just donāt expect charm or luxury.

GGuest UserIt was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, safe, quite and locates in a good location. Bare in my mind that you have to pay around 19ā¬ per night for parking. Inside the room, there are shower amenities(although shampoo bottle was empty) and a hair dryer as well. A safe can be found to keep your belongings safe. Overall it was a good deal for the price!

GGuest UserVery good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very poor, the room type was weird, the TV and the bed were parallel, and the wardrobe was directly topped at the bathroom door. The hotel as a whole is an old hotel in a third-tier city to repair the facade. I don't know how so many praises came from.
The service is very poor. When you check in at the front desk, you should pay attention to it. There is a small sign on the inconspicuous side that says: The default guest does not need cleaning service, so if you need to change the bath towel and plan the room, please ask it at the front desk. This feeling is a bit of an invisible consumption trap. Then I asked for cleaning service, and the next morning cleaning came knocking at 8:30, speechless.
The attitude of the front desk is also very general. If you don't propose it, you will not take the initiative to give you a city map and introduce the surrounding area.
In short, very disappointed and will not go again.
The city itself is good, the surrounding environment is very good, the small zoo is very comfortable to stroll around, and the food is delicious.

Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isnāt something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Donāt hesitateā¦.value for money!
