Location: This is a major plus. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel called 'Sanjiao Huayuan West' (Triangle Garden West), which has a direct route (Bus 909) to Ta'er Monastery. I've even shared a detailed guide on a certain social media platform. If you walk uphill and slightly to the left from the hotel, you'll reach Beidajie (North Street). Turning right and walking forward from Beidajie leads you to Nandajie (South Street), Mojia Street, and attractions like Jinta Temple, Hongjiao Temple, and the Confucius Temple. All these are within a comfortable 1-2 km walking distance, which is excellent. Service: The front desk staff were competent and professional. They provided all the necessary information and reminders. While they weren't overly enthusiastic, I felt their service was very thorough and attentive. They reminded me of everything I needed to know and were responsive to requests. Facilities: I booked a business twin room on the 25th floor with outdoor views. The window could be opened. Since it faced east, the room was a bit warm when I first entered, but once the air conditioning was on, the overall temperature became comfortable. I turned off the AC at night because it got a bit chilly. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and kept the room spotless. Free bottled water was replenished daily, except for one large bottle explicitly marked in the room as costing 5 RMB – that's something to note. Afternoon Tea: I tried the afternoon tea. There was nothing particularly special about it – a pot of tea, some popcorn, four small pastries, and a small bowl of fruit. So, if you're tired and don't feel like going out, and it's offered complimentary between 2 PM and 5 PM, it's worth trying. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it separately as it's not particularly good value. Additionally, I didn't book breakfast because I wanted to sleep in. For breakfast, if you walk out of the hotel, turn right, then uphill to the first intersection and turn right again, opposite the primary school, there's a place called 'He Yonglong Da Gu Tang' (He Yonglong Big Bone Soup). I found it to be very affordable. You pay for the bone broth, and the flatbreads, sweet garlic, and dried radishes are all free. Two of us had a large bowl, and it was incredibly good value. Overall, highly recommended.

The room was spotless and very clean, with new facilities and a great wet/dry bathroom separation. The sink was a really nice touch! The location is excellent and super convenient, right in the heart of Xining, very close to Wangfujing Department Store. There are tons of great food options and shopping plazas nearby. What really stood out was the warm, attentive, and thorough service; they cleaned the room daily. Plus, the airport shuttle is right across the street, which was incredibly relaxing – no need to lug my suitcase around!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to many attractions. The Xinqian Night Market, a street bustling with food, drinks, and entertainment, is only about 400 meters away. It's also very near Nanguan Street, which has a distinct ethnic charm and plenty of delicious food. The Serta mattress in the room was fantastic – very supportive for the back and incredibly comfortable. The Peter Thomas Roth toiletries also smelled great. The front desk service was superb; they were always ready to answer questions and fulfill any requests. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with a wide selection. The management was very welcoming and even personally asked if we enjoyed the breakfast! Highly recommended!

Straight ahead from the lobby entrance is the lounge, where afternoon tea is also available. The recreational facilities are comprehensive; the mahjong/card room has excellent soundproofing, allowing us to have a great time with friends. The self-service laundry room comes with a dryer and even a garment steamer, making it easy to manage clothes during our trip. The staff, especially Xiao Maoniu (the little yak), were incredibly enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local attractions. They even offered free ******* clothing for photos, and helped us put them on. The restaurant offers a fresh and diverse menu with delicious food. The service is meticulous, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is top-notch. An excellent choice for accommodation and travel!

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bed was just right in terms of softness, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Our flight arrived at Xining Caojiabao Airport on May 22, 2026, at almost midnight. The driver from Hanting Hotel picked us up smoothly and took us to the hotel. The female receptionist warmly welcomed us and helped us book a carpool to Xining city center for May 23rd. The breakfast was also delicious. What truly touched us was when we checked out; several staff members, seeing that we were older, came out to help us with our luggage and escorted us to our car. We felt incredibly cared for. We've already returned to Shanghai on June 2nd, and we're writing this review to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at Hanting Hotel!

The location is excellent and convenient for travel. The rooms are clean and odor-free, and the overall environment is quiet and pleasant. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, the facilities are complete, and the stay is comfortable and relaxing, making it a highly recommended choice.

The room is very new, there is an oxygen generator, the altitude is high, there is a lot of comfort in the oxygen generator, the hardware is very good, the location is better to find, because the new taste is normal! Good breakfast!

I booked this hotel through Trip.com right before the Dragon Boat Festival for 393 yuan per night. After checking in, I found the room facilities and everything else to be mostly good. On the evening of my arrival, I received a welcome gift of yogurt and some snacks. I used my Trip.com points to redeem breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive, but mostly consisted of carbs, with relatively fewer protein options (though there were fried eggs, shredded lamb tripe, and bacon; and some stir-fried meat slices in the vegetable dishes). The hotel has a swimming pool, and I had high hopes for it, but the actual experience was quite poor: the pool on the sixth floor didn't provide towels or slippers, and the pool itself had an unpleasant odor (like a sewage backup). Even more absurd, the shower rooms in the changing rooms didn't even have body wash or shampoo. It was, frankly, ridiculous.

My overall stay completely exceeded expectations. The lobby fragrance was sophisticated and pleasant, not overpowering, and the decor was simple yet grand. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and a fantastic view from the window. The zero-pressure pillows were incredibly comfortable, and room service was prompt. They even thoughtfully provided drinking water. The 24-hour front desk gave a great sense of security, and there was ample parking, making it stress-free for those traveling by car. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.
