戴戴The hotel is right next to the Congo River and often (or basically) you can't swipe your card. They are going to swipe a card with a chip.
Therefore, it is best to prepay domestically and not use it to swipe here.
However, the credit card in the hotel lobby can withdraw money, but it is convenient.
Breakfast was good, sitting by the river for dinner, the view was good. The hotel's free internet is not very good, but it can be used. It takes a bit of effort to go to the bank website, but other websites can.
