Now, breakfast is basic and sincerely left unwanted. It's a shame I didn't get the chance to try the spa. The main downsides were the poor mobile signal and slow Wi-Fi speed, which I suspect might be linked to the general local infrastructure.

Huge place. Former golf club. There is a main pool + multiple smaller pools between the residences. Cost of meals were reasonable. Hotel rate was pricier than other places during low season, so it was fairly empty. But reflects all the amenities it offered. I would stay here again

He ido dos veces, el check in es rápido, la ubicación es buena, relación precio-calidad favorable, el desayuno muy bueno (muhcas opciones y variedad de frutas), pero el problema es que el WIFI es muy malo. Me quedé en piso 3 y es pésimo el WIFI (no permite ni hablar por whatsApp), llamé a recepción y la atención de recepción fue pésima, totalmente nefasta. No dieron solución alguna y es más, quedaron en informarme una solución y nunca más me llamaron, luego yo llamé y no me contestaban, en fin. Pésima resolución de problemas, realmente una falta de respeto y peor aún, cuando informé por la red social de Slim lo ocurrido, tampoco tuve respuesta alguna. En el fondo si te toca cualquier inconveniente allá nadie te va a responder. EN GENERAL BIEN, HASTA QUE NECESITAS AYUDA.

If you ask the front desk where to eat, they will recommend one of the largest Italian restaurants in South America. Except for drinks, you can eat all the rest and you will be given a drink coupon.
The front desk is very enthusiastic and will tell the tour bus in detail about various attractions.
I remember this hotel when Bristol was a lot of years ago, an excellent room.
Super well located, but suitable well old, super small TV, so small douche box that I didn't even cut in with my son to bath.
The first bath was filled with water in the kitchen.
We were in 1 adult and 2 children.
It is super small and not worthy of a hotel.

NNicholasA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming.
We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away.
The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear.
This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.
SSherisseDo NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs).
No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear.
Belmond's service -> avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous).

Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.

Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

GGuest UserOur stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. This stay experience made me very disappointed. There are many problems with both the hotel's own service and the travel company that cooperated. I hope that through this review, other tourists can avoid similar bad experiences.
### **1. The arrangement of the cooperative travel company is chaotic, which seriously affects the itinerary**
The travel company recommended by the hotel is very unreasonable in the itinerary planning. The time arrangement between the projects is too tight, which forced us to give up some attractions. What's more frustrating is that because the shuttle bus is often late, we are forced to shorten the tour time. There was even one time when the driver was late, and we had to take a taxi back after the national park closed. Such service is really hard to satisfy.
### **2. Difficult communication at the front desk and indifferent service attitude**
The hotel's front desk staff has very limited English communication skills. Even when I called the front desk to choose English service, the other party directly said that they didn't understand and hung up. Before checking out, we received an almost incomprehensible English notice, which led us to mistakenly believe that we had to check out before three o'clock, otherwise we would be forced to clear the room. Although we expressed our willingness to pay for the late check-out fee, the front desk still insisted that we return early, which eventually forced us to shorten our trip and affected the overall experience.
During the communication with the front desk, the staff never showed any apology, but kept emphasizing that it was our problem, and did not try to understand or solve our troubles at all. This lack of empathy made people feel very uncomfortable.

From travel arrangements to hotel services, this stay experience is full of various unpleasantness. Whether it is the confusion of the itinerary or the communication barriers at the front desk, our travel experience has been greatly reduced. If the hotel wants to improve the quality of service, it should at least make improvements in language communication and itinerary arrangements, rather than letting guests bear all the inconveniences.
**Summary:** This hotel has obvious deficiencies in management and service. If you want to have a smooth and pleasant trip, it is recommended to choose other more professional accommodation options.
