Positives: Hotel is close to the Airport, within walking distance. Rooms are fairly clean, good for a layover stay Negatives: We checked-in around 2am due to a late flight and was encountered by one of the rudest receptionist in all our travels. Examples include: - No greetings when we arrive - Throughout the check-in process, barely said a word (with exception of last point) - Unable to find our booking because she used the wrong check-in date, but did not apologise - When she passed us 2 keys, we assumed the check-in process were completed for 2 rooms and moved towards the room. In her words, she said “Friend, where do you think you guys are going? We are not done yet”

A great hotel for one night, 5-10 minutes from the airport. + The main advantages are the free shuttles to and from the airport every hour. +The inclusion of breakfast. + The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of seating in the courtyard. + There's also a restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. + The room is basic, with tea and coffee available. Cons: – We didn't get our breakfast, even though we arrived at the appointed time. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast to be brought out for guests in other rooms who were traveling to the airport later than us. Ultimately, we were given packed lunches. – We had a family room. Tthere's no door between the rooms, and the bathroom door is a folding door, which lets in all the noise and makes a lot of noise. – The bed was sagging on one side. – While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a couple of minutes, but then it came back on.

Excellent one night stay not far from OR Tambo Airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport - Walk to the Intercontinental Bus Terminal.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs every 15 minutes and is very punctual. It made our travel to the airport hassle-free. While breakfast was included, our early morning flight meant we couldn’t enjoy it. However, the hotel does offer a packed breakfast option for those who need to leave early, which is a nice touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff.

Great place to stay and affordable! The staff was amazing, it was very clean, and the buffet was perfect. The location is good if you want to take a taxi out to local places, such as the mall or restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location for me, I had easy access to a lot The room that I was given was clean and spacious. The only things that I did not like was the uber noise from the shop on site as well as the lack of communication when it came to water issues. We did not have water some days during my stay

Onomo Hotel’s proximity to Nelson Mandela Square Mall is a stone throw away, you literally just cross the small road from the mall exit point straight into the hotel Their breakfast was good however there’s need to add on variety and vegetables!  The rooms are small but clean linen. The TV’s are not smart ones that in some rooms there’s no internet TV accessed. The bathrooms comes with a humid kinda odor that l think emanates from the pipes but they will be clean  WiFi connection was not as good had to have room changes done.  Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, morning shoes and  morning gown, they don’t offer all that!  Reception ladies were not as welcoming even upon enquiring! The concierge, waiters and housekeeping team were very hospitable!

It was my first time staying at Radisson and I must say I was impressed and my experience was amazing. Location is great and I like that it’s secure. The staff are really friendly. Traveled with my daughter and she was very happy. We definitely coming back.
