さき|カフェ・フォトスポットThis was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the shower didn't have hot water and I couldn't use the bathtub in the room 🥲🥲. I was really looking forward to the luxurious bathtub, so that was a big disappointment.
Other than that, the room was cute, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! The overall interior was luxurious with plenty of photo opportunities, so I was very satisfied with all the pictures I took! ◎

The room was a bit small, but very clean. My room faced the street, and the balcony offered a beautiful spot for photos. The restaurant on the fourth floor also has windows that provide a lovely view of the city, perfect for pictures. You absolutely have to try the complimentary 30-minute massage – it was incredibly relaxing! Breakfast was quite rich, and most of the nearby attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

Helga Why Not𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 & 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐮𝐱𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐭 🌅✨
Sunrise in a warm pool with a cup of coffee in hand — this alone is worth booking this hotel.
✨ A truly golden stay in Da Lat — peaceful, elegant, and deeply relaxing.
The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable.
🕠 Warm Pool Hours
The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins.
🍽 Breakfast Hours
Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet.
☕ Afternoon Tea
Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming.
🌅 Location & View
The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient.
💛 Service
The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable.
🔎 What Could Be Improved
What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance.
A few small details slightly affected the overall impression:
• the vanity table in our room had visible stains
• the shower head was leaking
• in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore
These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding.
Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Check in was relatively fuss free although we arrived very late. The welcome drink seems to be self-service, we drank some the next day. You can ask for extra room cards. The buffet was quite good, everyday they make an effort to change up the menu although there are some staples for popular dishes. There is an egg station and a pho station. I appreciate the soya milk at the cereal station and the detox water and atiso tea at the drinks station. Yoghurt with fruits are a daily pick for myself. The salads change daily and are very fresh, I liked it. The hotel is very new, the beds very comfortable and it was interesting that they provided a bolster. The room is big and comfortable, I liked that the floor is not carpeted. They provided rubber slippers. There is free coffee and artichoke tea packets. The hot water at the shower is instantaneous and the water pressure is good. I liked that there is a rain shower. The dustbin in the toilet doesn't open up very well, but not much of an issue. Cleanliness can be improved in terms of picking up hairs, thee was a clump stuck behind the toilet door from before our stay. The cleaner also missed hairs on the chair and stains on the floor but I suspect those maybe cannot be removed. I didn't mind that much. The only negative point of the room was rhe sound of traffic, but I brought ear plugs. The staff was helpful and spoke good English, except for cleaning staff. I loved the driver servixe when we booked the one day service. It was for 1.4 mil for 8 hrs. I also used the gym, it is small but has weights, treadmill, a few multi purpose machines and cycling machines. Blinds can be drawn, the sun is quite strong in the morning. In terms of location, it is about 1 km from the lake. Normally I would say the location ia good, except that the traffic is quite scary when the pavements are not built well and there are motorbikes and buses parked on the pavements which makes it very challenging to walk to places. This is the same for a lot of places we visited. Even for a short distance we called a Grab. There was a decent pho place opposite and to the right of thr hotel and two vegetarian restaurants which we dined at. There was also a massage place nearby. We didn't use the hotel spa or dine at the restaurant although they gave us vouchers. It was more expensive in comparison.

Sarah Jesse PretoriusStunning location, in the forest, and close to all the lakeside activities. Breakfast buffet isn't huge but has western and Vietnamese staples like bacon and eggs, pho, congee, fruit and more. Service was excellent.
Unfortunately the room was a little musty smelling and although I requested a quiet room online, they place us directly next to the restaurant which was unfortunately noisy early in the morning and spoilt the zen forest vive we were hoping for.

Amelya81This hotel is not by the sea, and certainly has no beach!
There's a friendly, Russian-speaking owner. The rooms are clean, and the staff is good. Daily housekeeping is provided.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, but there's everything you need. Towels and linens are clean.
Our room had a balcony facing the street, which was very noisy. The air conditioning was right above the bed, blowing air directly onto our heads.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The staircases and landings are very narrow, making it extremely inconvenient with luggage.
The breakfasts are sparse, but edible.
The pool is small but quite deep and clean. The sun loungers don't have mattresses, and there are no beach towels provided.
The internet connection is good everywhere. There are cafes and shops nearby.

AvemiWe stayed at this hotel with three friends for several nights and had a very pleasant experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
The rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally clean, hot water was always available, and all the necessary toiletries were provided.
The hotel itself is small and located right by the sea, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. There are rooms with beautiful sea views as well as rooms facing the swimming pool. The pool access rooms are especially convenient because you can step directly from your room into the pool area.
The hotel also has lovely swings where it’s nice to relax in the evening. There are outdoor terraces where you can sit and enjoy breakfast while overlooking the surroundings.
Breakfast was another highlight. Every day you can choose your meal in advance by filling out a simple form at the reception. The menu changes daily, which makes breakfast more interesting and convenient.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the reception area. Since it is located next to the kitchen, there is a strong cooking smell that tends to stay in the room because of limited ventilation. It would be great if the hotel could improve the airflow or use air fresheners. Waiting at reception for check-in or assistance can be a little uncomfortable, and the smell sometimes even lingers on your clothes. This is just my personal opinion and did not affect our overall experience.
One more small note for future guests. You may occasionally see mice running around on the outdoor terrace. I would recommend not feeding them and informing the hotel staff if you notice them, so they can handle the situation appropriately.
We would also like to give a special thank you to the administrator, who kindly allowed our friend to stay in our room for an additional fee. We really appreciated the flexibility and understanding.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for your hospitality. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers.
