Unfortunately the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and excrement. The air conditioning was hard to control and fell like we woke up in a freezer. Worse still there was only lukewarm water in the shower… The breakfast was at best very poor. Helpful and delightful staff but cleanliness of bathroom was exceptionally disappointing."

it was a great experience. The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the hotel itself has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the bathroom — during a shower, water tends to leak outside the shower area, causing the whole bathroom floor to get wet. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be improved with better design or barriers. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

We arrived quite late but the service from the reception and the porter were helpful and welcoming. Check-in didn't take long. The room was clean and quiet. The facilities were complete.
