It is good value for money especially if you have a car. The only thing that bothered me was the sound of people on the parking lot in the night that seemed to have a fight or something. I think it’s because some weird people also stay at this hotel.

i Liberal StudiesAs a guest visiting from Hong Kong, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
The reception team were consistently professional, welcoming, and courteous throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognise Steven, who left a particularly strong impression on me. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making every interaction effortless and pleasant.
Excellent customer service can make all the difference to a hotel experience, and Steven is a real credit to the team. Thank you for the warm hospitality – I would be very happy to stay here again when I next visit the Netherlands. ;)

We had a great three night stay at the Leonardo city hotel.
Great location near the museum area and inner Amsterdam canals, yet really quiet too.
Breakfast was great value, good selection of hot and cold breakfast, pastries, fruit and fruit salad etc. The breakfast room was very well decorated and stylish. Rooms were ok, each enjoying a big picture window, ensuite and comfy beds,
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. All together a great stay.

The hotel is 7 min walk to tram station and 50 min to Central. The best part of the hotel was free parking and had a charging point.
The hotel rooms were spacious and super clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

marcryuOverall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

Azucena MoralesQuiet place and beautiful surroundings. Everything is very close by car. The breakfast is simple but very varied and delicious. In the room, we never ran out of coffee supplies and other items for the kettle. It was an experience I would definitely repeat.

Sunxinren888The room was quite small; once my suitcase was open, it was hard to move around. The air conditioning unit was very noisy, which severely disrupted my sleep. On the positive side, the room was very clean, and the hotel's central location made getting around incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling city center.
