”An extraordinary experience at Golden Tulip Nijkerk! From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered by the attentive staff and elegant ambiance. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant offered a extensive menu with delicious dishes, perfectly prepared and presented. The wellness facilities were a true oasis of relaxation, allowing me to completely relax. In short, Golden Tulip Nijkerk exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable one stay!”

The hotel is located right next to the train station which is very convenient. It’s very easy to find and is also close (short walking distance) to the city center of Nijmegen. The check-in was very efficient and smooth. The room was neat and I liked the desk feature, perfect for work or study if needed. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, and some of the things that seem to be that there are signs of parts that need maintenance. This is how you see damage to doors and board plums, which have been painted, but it is not really, and was not disturbing for me. Staff is nice and attentive. Overall a great hotel in my opinion

The hotel is located by the lake and is uniquely located. Open the window, it is the blue wave of the lake, the mountains in the distance are rolling, the clouds are lingering, like a natural ink painting. In the early morning, I was awakened by the first ray of sunlight and birdsong, opened the curtains, the lake was sparkling, the mist was light, like a dream. In the evening, sit on the terrace or on the lake benches and enjoy the sunset. The sky is dyed bright orange and red, and the lake is reflected in the sunset, which is suffocating. Op onze kamer was de verwarming niet goed en de wc bril zat heel erg los. Toen wij dit aangaven werd er goed actie ondernomen. Dit was gewoon goed. De bediening was ook netjes en vriendelijk. Het diner in het restaurant daarentegen was zeker niet goed. Basis gerechten waren al behoorlijk aan de prijs moet je groente en aardappelen of patat bij bestellen. Dan wordt het erg prijzig. De porties waren erg klein en gedeeltelijk niet op temperatuur. Echt een afknapper. Hotel dus goed, restaurant qua eten niet best.

GGuest UserThis hotel is definitely worth a visit! Very kind personnel. Location is great and the rooms large, clean and equipped with all you need to spend a few days without missing your home. There are different options to have either lunch or dinner (yes, different restaurants that are part of the hotel), all serving very good food. Extremely friendly waiters/waitresses and breakfast was also above the average one you can find in Europe and superb compared to most hotels in the UK (for comparable price, of course). Price is very reasonable too, so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time at Nijmegen or around (is very close to train station too). Oh, just another point is that the music they play is great too!

MMr Malek AhmadMy week spent at the Hotel Pauw was good. It was located in the city of Nijmegen and was within walking distance of groceries and shops. It is very accessible to Primark, TKmax and other branded shops. The room was spotless.
The only downside of this hotel is the poor and unstable Wi-Fi connection, and there was no room dining service. Although you can order food delivery, they did not allow it to be delivered to your room.

Reception were fine, we were there earlier than check in time so could leave baggage there, also could leave after check out too, free of charge.
Room were ok, good size. Comfortable to stay. Quiet at night.
Breakfast were ok, standard breakfast. Overall it's fine hotel to stay in Arnhem.

GGuest UserFront desk staff was courteous and professional. The corner room on the ninth floor had a great view. Open bathroom is a little strange and toilet is extremely small. Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.
