Been here for quite few times. I like this hotel because the location is very strategic. Near to MRT, so you can go to 1 utama by mrt. Also working distance to the curve and ikea. We also love the breakfast here especially the kopi kampung. My daughter enjoy the stay here because of the swimming pool.

The room was just excellent for such price, the hotel staff was very professional. The automatic check-in system isn't working perfectly yet - for example, my bank card wasn't recognized. It's good that the hotel accepted cash and that the employee was very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel is quite far from the terminal, about 20 km. This should be taken into account when planning your trip. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle service, and the journey to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. In general my experience was positive, but it is better to have some cash / different cards and understand that this hotel (despite the name) is not in the terminal and not even really close.

The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable”.

Faulty bidet, ie pipe without spray head. Basic amenities not available ie shaver, dental kit. Requested for dental kit and 2 bottles of water at 9am and not delivered when I returned at night. The Merchant was quiet but staff rather enjoyed themselves watching tv then observing the needs of patrons. Stayed twice and this will be the last.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food choices. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful, with plenty of options for different tastes. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The hotel location was very convenient! Quiet and clean. The pillow and bed were comfortable. enjoyed my stay but only Wifi connection was really slow. Good price. Overall 👌

Stayed at One Avenue Hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel provides free parking at LG2, which is very convenient, especially if you’re driving. One of the highlights was the complimentary Malaysian-style breakfast — simple but satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the overall experience even better. Do note that a refundable deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in, which is returned during checkout. Another plus point is the convenient location, with mamak stalls nearby for late-night food and a 99 Speedmart within walking distance for any essentials. Overall, a great value stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

Overall, it's a really good hotel with a very affordable price. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.

On Level 2 where Gateway@KLIA2 Mall is at KLIA2, after noticing the Family Mart, turn left and go towards Car Park 4 (CP4). Press the button indicating CP3 where the KLIA2 Car Park Building B is. Upon reaching CP3, look for the arrow sign showing the direction towards Tune Hotel KLIA - KLIA2 and walk towards the hotel. Tune Hotel KLIA - KLIA2 should be added to the list of plane-spotting sites in KLIA because at the entrance/exit of the hotel's Assembly Point leading to the hotel's public car park, I am able to spot planes from KLIA2 flying in the sky after takeoff or during their approach to KLIA2. The Assembly Point is located towards the right after turning left from the hotel's public toilet on the ground floor. The public toilet is of a few seconds' walk after passing by the hotel's Makan Restaurant. On the upper floor corridor balcony (fifth to sixth floors), it is possible to see aircraft depart / take off.
