Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. They even have a Chinese-speaking front desk, which was a huge help for someone like me with limited English. It's super convenient for getting around; both the bus and subway are just a few minutes away. Plus, all the amenities are really handy.

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The self-service breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. We stayed for two nights, and on our second day, we had an early bus to catch, so the hotel even packed us a breakfast to take with us, which was incredibly thoughtful. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

Like the hotel so much with Kg Morten View from balcony. The best Nyonya Laksa Mee for breakfast in town. Sincere complement to the Chef who prepared the Nyonya Laksa. Taste is superb. 3 bowsl cleaned.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of our stay is the guest-friendly facilities and flexibility provided by the hotel. Breakfast is available until 12:00 PM, which is very convenient for families who prefer a more relaxed morning. In addition, complimentary parking is provided until 4:00 PM on the check-out day, allowing guests extra time to enjoy the facilities or explore the area without rushing. However, there are several areas that could be improved: • No hand towels were provided in the room. • The toilet floor mat was missing upon check-in. • The TV is still an older LCD model and not a Smart TV. For a 4-star hotel, it would be more appropriate to provide Smart TVs with access to applications such as Netflix and YouTube to enhance the guest experience. My main concern is the safety and maintenance condition of the swimming pool area: • The poolside floor and surrounding tiles are very slippery, especially when wet. • The top edge tiles around the pool are also slippery and may pose a safety hazard, particularly for children and elderly guests. • Several tiles inside the pool, especially within the children’s play pool area, are peeling off and require immediate attention. • Many of the children’s water play facilities appear damaged or poorly maintained. I strongly encourage the hotel management to improve safety measures and carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance works, particularly at the swimming pool and children’s play area. These improvements would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and ensure a safer environment for families. Easy check-in and convenient parking! The parking lot is right behind the hotel, connected by a skybridge. Got a room for RM98 that's easily worth RM200 – what a steal! It's within walking distance to the mall, very clean, and not noisy at all.

This hotel, open for just over a year, is clean, spacious, and has a great location. There's plenty of parking available, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Jonker Street in Malacca. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth a stay.

The bellboy was super nice; he helped me call a taxi and even explained to the driver where I could get cash. The room was very comfortable, as expected from Hilton. The only downside was that I booked this hotel because the pictures showed a direct sea view. However, all I could see was a sliver of the sea between two buildings. There was another building between the hotel and the sea, which made me feel quite disappointed, like that old saying 'if you have Zhou Yu, why bother with Zhuge Liang?'. Overall, I'm still very satisfied with this hotel; the restaurant food was delicious too. And most importantly, staying at this hotel in Malacca really made me feel safe.

Good environment, clean and comfortable room for families member.. the hotel located in the middle's of malacca town and full of facilities. The swimming pool outside the hotel building also clean and suitable for kids and adult. Will repeat if come to malacca 🥰🥰
