Clean and friendly hotel. Great service and good location. But if you want to get a taxi, better order it by Uber. Taxi charges extra if ordered by the front desk.

I was worried because I saw some reviews on Google saying there were bed bugs, but there weren't any in the room I stayed in. Considering the low price, the entire hotel was very clean, and they provided free water and a coffee machine with a wide selection, so I was very satisfied. Although it is far from the city center, the town itself is small so it's not too far and it's easy to get around using Uber. I would definitely stay here again if I come to San Miguel de Allende again.

The location is amazing. The balcony has a beautiful view. There is not enough hot water. You should take a shower before the sun sets. If you are late, there is only cold water. The bathroom has poor ventilation. It may be related to the layout of the room.

One of the disadvantages is that there is no elevator, and the waiter should give tips to help carry luggage. Second, breakfast is not good. There is no hot dishes or meat for 145 pesos per person. The hotel has a lift, but our room was only accessible by stairs, which is not very convenient if you have a heavy suitcase. There are some chairs at the door of our room, and several employees sit and chat on them. We can hear their voices clearly in the room, and I'm not sure if they can also hear our conversations in the room. And they chatted there again early the next morning, and I was woken up by their chatter. I hope the hotel can tell them not to chat at the door of the room where guests are staying.
