Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see. The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels. The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

Good to be here, nearest the central of the town. Best location with affordable price. Clean room & yummy breakfast.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

Very nice big room..nice new hotels with good facilities...But the service and the staffs guest relation skills to be standardize. Not try the breakfast, but indeed the buffet dinner far below the IHG even the National 4 start standards.

Good hotel, huge parking lot. Clean bedroom. Close to mini market.

The room still smells new. Hot water is taken from the dispenser outside. The mall is close. It's a shame that every time you exit the parking lot you have to state your name and room. The person said that the Amaris hotel is still manual, but the neighbor's is automatic.

Very noise in the night the room u stayed, had neighbor watching TV loud at 2am and called receptionist no one picked up, so i had to go over to the neighbors room to ask them lower down their tv noise!

Layanan dan fasilitas hotel sangat baik dan keren. Hanya saja lahan parkir nya saja yang tidak memadai, Karena kendaraan pribadi pengunjung hotel perlu juga terjamin lokasi parkir nya, tidak kepanasan atau kehujanan.

Fantastic hotel , lovely modern rooms, great bed , great bathroom and nice hot power shower . Super friendly and efficient staff. All in all a very enjoyable stay , I will return The only negative was the massage at the spa . That was the worst of my life , terrible masseuse, she went out for a food break , then a toilet break , was constantly on her phone . Stay here but don’t get a massage !!

Hotel in the middle of the city, even though it has been well maintained for a long time, there are more renovations, it looks like it will be better, because the place is very supportive
