The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change.
The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly.
The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.
Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay near the world-famous Borobudur Temple. The setting feels peaceful and green, with lovely views of the surrounding nature and the temple area.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a charming mix of traditional and modern touches. The pool and garden areas are perfect for relaxing after exploring the temple. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast is tasty and has a good variety of choices.
It’s a great choice for a comfortable and memorable stay when visiting Borobudur.
Our recent stay at The Wujil Resort & Conventions was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, ensuring our needs were met promptly. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream and tea, which added a special touch to our welcome.
The resort offers a plethora of recreational facilities that cater to all ages. Our children were thrilled with the variety of play areas, including the aqua park, playground, and opportunities for animal feeding. These amenities kept them engaged and joyful throughout our stay. The spacious family rooms, complete with ekstra bed, provided a comfortable and fun environment for the kids, while giving us parents a chance to relax.
Set amidst lush greenery, the resort’s serene atmosphere made it an ideal retreat for our family. The combination of excellent service, engaging activities, and comfortable accommodations makes The Wujil Resort & Conventions a top recommendation for families seeking a memorable getaway.
The hotel is excellent, clean, and has complete facilities. The Kids Club offers many activities for children. Ms. Sella from reservations was incredibly helpful. The salon facilities are good, and the service is excellent, especially from Ms. Firda and Ms. Nining. Breakfast has a wide variety and everything is delicious. Overall, 5 stars for everything! - Henny
Check-in and check-out were super fast, the location is very strategic, and the room was clean. The AC stopped working for a bit, but we didn't get too hot. Everything is close by. We'll definitely go back if we're in Solo again. The staff were all friendly. Thank you!
One of the best hotels in Solo City.
Customer service 5/5 - staff were friendly and service was excellent.
Location 5/5 - close to Paragon Mall (2km)
Breakfast 5/5 - delicious food and nice restaurant decor.
Room 5/5 - bed was comfy and room was clean.
Highly recommended.
Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price.
The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy.
Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim.
There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests.
The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi.
Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles).
Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.
This hotel is amazing! From the views to the facilities and cleanliness. It's highly recommended for family trips. My kids absolutely loved this hotel and wanted to stay for 4 more days, that's how comfortable it was for them. They just wanted to jump in and play all day long! 🤣
The room is nice, the interior is good, and the bathroom is also great. My only complaint is that the room isn't soundproof enough... I can still hear noise from the main road.
I got a room on the 8th floor, but I could still hear vehicles and even trains from the room... it's not soundproof enough 🙏🏻
Everything else is excellent, the room is bright and clean, fantastic! 🫶🏻 It's right next to the mall, so convenient!

Great
__evas_Super super great location, close to Lawang Sewu, a mall, and a bus station. A cathedral and an army museum are within walking distance (tho you can skip the museuk tbh). Staffs are great, very polite, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. Quite loyal with the food and they provide water in the corridors. With that price, ofc there will be some setbacks, amenities are minimal, no fridge, no hair dryer (you can ask them directly), but they do provide water bottle everyday. Overall a great service and a pleasant stay
FFau.MuThe hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool.
I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing.
I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast.
Very good and strategic location.
GGuest UserAbrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo.
Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services.
The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa.
As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided.
The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng.
For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations.
However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa.
Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure.
Thank you Abriki Village and Trip.com for making our holiday season unforgettable.
DDr. Ong SoetantoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.
PpapariccardoFrom the moment you arrive at FIM by Zigna, it becomes clear that this is no ordinary 3-star hotel. Everything feels considered, refined, and quietly elevated in a way that far exceeds expectations.
The first impression is striking—the exterior is immaculate, with a sense of care that immediately sets the tone. Step inside, and that same attention to detail continues seamlessly into the rooms. They are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and maintained to a standard that would not feel out of place in a well-rated international 4-star property.
What truly elevates the experience, however, is the management and ownership behind it all. There is a noticeable precision in how everything operates—from the smooth check-in process to the overall atmosphere of calm efficiency. It’s clear that someone is paying close attention to the finer points that many hotels overlook.
The staff deserve special recognition. They are consistently polite, professional, and impressively efficient without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. Service here strikes that rare balance between warmth and competence.
Breakfast is another highlight—genuinely exceptional. The quality, variety, and presentation go beyond what you would typically expect at this level, turning what is often a routine meal into something to look forward to each morning.
Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. Perfectly positioned for exploring Solo, everything feels conveniently within reach.
All things considered, the 3-star rating is genuinely surprising. By international standards, this hotel comfortably performs at a 4-star level, if not beyond in certain aspects. FIM by Zigna is a standout example of what happens when strong management, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience come together.
AAnonymous UserThis is my first time to stay here. The hotel is amazing, the location, the breakfast, the room. One thing probably to be improved, during the day the air cond a lil bit hot. But overall I definitely would love to stay again.
EE3TRIPThe location is best near culinary around the hotel. The staff very helpful. The ambience is ok. Really love to stay here. Every moment back to Solo always stay in this hotel.
Iimron yusufIn terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably.
However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side.
Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water.
As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest.
Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.
AAnonymous UserThis is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.
