The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Suisse in Algiers. The welcome was outstanding from the moment I arrived, thanks in particular to the receptionist, Célia, whose professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Always smiling, attentive, and available, she responded to all my requests efficiently and thoughtfully. Thanks to her, I immediately felt at ease and perfectly taken care of. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and ideally located, but it is truly the quality of the service, especially Célia's, that makes the experience exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment!

The room environment and security are very good. You will be required to go through security checks when entering the hotel gate, and vehicles will also undergo explosion-proof checks when entering the security area. However, most of the hotel buffets are bread (although this is the case in many hotels). The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in.

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

GGuest UserJ’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

RRakhLovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe are quite disappointed with this establishment: no parking reserved for customers, poor breakfast choice, unsmiling morning staff who take the liberty of criticizing the customers.
We were expecting something very good but ultimately very disappointed.
The night staff were very smiling and available. A really very pleasant and appreciated point.
Cleanliness of the room +++. We appreciated it.
