The pool was unfortunately closed and will not be reopened!
This should also be updated on the various pages online!!
Don't advertise it if the pool is no longer there. That's unacceptable!!
Furthermore, there are only two loungers for two saunas! That's far too few. There's definitely room for about five more loungers!
Everything else was clean and in good order.
Overall, it was nice, I would go again, but only for the thermal baths. The hotel is a standard hotel, but the breakfast is very good. It's far superior to a German hotel, with a generous breakfast like Turkish hotels. The free parking is also a plus. The check-in times are very bad; they make us wait until 3 PM. If you're coming for a short visit or to stay overnight for the thermal baths, it takes up almost your whole day. But despite everything, I recommend it.
The staff was very friendly and flexible to accommodate my requests and answer any questions that I had. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower amenities were emptied and not refilled the other day but that was a very minor inconvenience. The location is good, very close to a tram stop but traveling to almost any other part of the city would require a transfer in a more central location.
I enjoyed my stay here. It was very pleasant. Quiet and easy access. Room layout and amenities were functional and suffice a trip on business. Ample parking space, however, when occupancy rate is high then it becomes an issue. Was surprised that the city water supply is not hard water. Housekeeping is very diligent that cleans twice a day... Definitely my choice of stay for my next trip!
During our stay in Karlsruhe, we chose to stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and bright, quite standard, and the facilities were new, very clean and tidy. We had a very pleasant stay. In addition, the front desk staff stored our luggage for free after we checked out. I hope I can stay at this hotel again.
The town is quiet and tidy, the hotel is very close to the train station, a few hundred meters can be walked, the hotel is very new, the service is very good, the breakfast tastes good, the room has heating, it should be floor heating, very comfortable.
Room 326 was too cold upon arrival. The heating was already set to maximum and could not be turned up any higher.
When I inquired at reception, I was told that if it didn't get warmer after a while, I could request a heater. It was still cold after dinner, but I didn't want to deal with a space heater so late at night.
The breakfast buffet, with its machine-made coffee, is not worthy of a 4-star hotel, and the rest of the buffet is mediocre and overpriced.
This hotel is also OK. There are a lot of people living in the lobby is quite big and the room is clean and bright. I have lived on a business trip several times. It’s not easy to decide every time, this time I’m very lucky, the last one let me decide.
Although my stay included a kitchen, I had to ask reception for a kettle and spoons.
There was a McDonald's next door, so I enjoyed breakfast there.
The window was open when I entered the room, so please close it first.
The shower water pressure and temperature were fine.
I checked in around 7 PM, but I heard a mysterious noise coming from somewhere upstairs for about three hours until around 10 PM.
It wasn't a problem, but if you're sensitive, I recommend bringing earplugs.
The Wi-Fi is extremely weak, so be careful.
I kept cutting out when making phone calls.
The location was great, and for such a low price, it's a luxurious experience.

Very Good
Spacious, bright and hygienic, without the smell of old houses. The location is very good. It is located at the corner of the old city center, opposite the square transportation hub. There is a large department store in front and a supermarket in the back. There are many restaurants around and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street opposite, which is full of style. The two large windows have great views, and most attractions can be covered on foot. Note that there is only Wi-Fi in public areas; there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and heaters; the private parking lot is diagonally across the road, and the parking garage driveway is very narrow, so you need to go to the front desk to get the garage key first. Overall, the price-performance ratio is super high, very satisfied👍
Very nice, well priced hotel, close to the central train station. We only stayed in Ulm one night, but the hotel was great for our needs. Clean, comfortable, great bed/pillows and shower. Because of our travel, we arrived 30 minutes before the 3pm check-in time, and were not able to check-in early. I am not sure if this is standard practice, or the result of a busy weekend trying to get all the rooms ready. Just be aware, if you have an early arrival. We would stay here again if we came back to Ulm
My partner and I stayed at TRIBE Baden-Baden, and we had an exceptional stay. We were only there for one night but our stay was 5 stars. A beautiful, modern, stylish and convenient hotel a stones throw away from Caracalla spa and the main town. The staff were wonderful and spoke English very well! I loved the room and the Kevin Murphy products were such a treat! I also thought the bag storage area was so smart an handy. Very lovely stay, thank you.
We felt this was an excellent choice for a relaxing budget stay in Stuttgart and it is close to the central train station, Schlossplatz and other important landmarks in the city. We came here for the Christmas market and were presently surprised by the city as well. The hotel was also pretty affordable, they allowed us to check in very early and there is a nice bar/common area on the ground floor. The room we got was perfect for us because it was quiet and comfortable. We appreciated that we had two different styles of pillows to choose from and a large TV with some English channels. There is a small desk in the room, closet area and plenty of space to put our things. My wife enjoyed the day bed/reading nook by the window. They provide paper cups but we had to go to the bar one night to ask for replacements and they gave us some nice glass cups. The hotel has parking on site and a decent looking breakfast. There are plenty of places to eat in Stuttgart including some very nice bakeries so we chose that instead but it is a little bit of a walk to those. Google Maps showed it was a 5 minute walk to the train station and that is true if you're taking local U-Bahn trains but due to construction in the area it will take about 10-15 minutes to get to the central station platforms. There is an underground passage just to the northeast of the hotel that gets to the Central Station and U-Bahn and once the construction is complete it should be easier to access the city transfers.
I have two rooms in December before Christmas and it was one of the most comfortable bed I had for the two weeks trip. Two nights here and my baby son loves their breakfast. It comes with hot food and cold cuts, cheese and on table side orders for eggs. I tried the shashouka but I don’t really like it because the cumin was too strong. I had lovely champagne for my breakfast and can’t complaint more. Coffee normal, tea selections are great! I would come back again to this chain hotel. The only bad things is the location is slight far from train station, we pulled 2 big luggages, 1 medium size luggage, 1 stroller all the way to the hotel and decided to call for taxi when we depart. Afterall good stay and safe and quiet neighbourhood.
Lovely room and excellent shower. Nice little touches for guests, like free water in the room with mini bar items in foyer and pay at reception instead of in your room, which made check-out very quick. Great coffee in room, too. Parking was €18 for 24h. Lift straight from parking to hotel flors.
