Péssima experiência no check-in com meus filhos pequenos, um de 5 anos e outro com apenas 4 meses.
Fiz uma reserva para para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos. Quando cheguei fui obrigado à pagar uma cama extra apenas pela presença de um bebê de 4 meses que não usa absolutamente nada do hotel. Detalhe que o custo foi de 170 reais por diária. Achei um absurdo e completa falta de sensibilidade e resiliência do hotel. Já havia me hospedado outras vezes com o de 5 anos exatamente no mesmo quarto e com as mesmas camas, e nada foi cobrado extra. Não achei justo.
I and my daughters stayed in a wonderful room, a very pleasant experience. In particular to the official Arthur who makes the tapioca, smile, sympathetic and attentive .All the sympathetic staff. Impeccable cleaning. Marvelous breakfast with panoramic view of the sea. Impeccable cleaning. I'll certainly come back more times

This hotel is new and beautiful, breakfast is great, and location is great. However, they did not measure the temperature of the guests (a lot of guests coughed and sneezed during the pandemic) and it was difficult to book the jacuzzi time (they should recommend booking from 6 am). We also left a sign to clean the room, We arrived at night and did not clean.
The hotel is beautiful, cozy. The sale of quick snacks helps a lot and the price is also good. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is wonderful. Great value for money. The room is also well ventilated, bright and airy. I asked for the room to be stocked and they responded promptly. I just needed to add more hooks to hang the towels to dry. We loved the hotel.
The hotel is very pleasant in all senses! from the reception to the coffee staff.

GGuest UserO hotel é agradável, a recepcionista é extremamente simpática e atenciosa. O café da manhã não é dos melhores, frutas vezes e todos os pães tem o mesmo sabor, o que salva é a Gerusa com suas tapiocas maravilhosas. A piscina é maravilhosa.

I think it is just 2/3 years old.
The entire joint was really clean and with new A/C units,not noisy at all.
Unfortunately the walls are not soundproof.
Both the receptionists who checked us in/out were very nice and so was the breakfast lady.
Best recommended for a short stay.

O único detalhe que pode melhorar é a iluminação da pia, pois a luz amarela é péssima para quem precisa fazer maquiagem e colocar lentes de contato (para pessoas que usam graus elevados a luz amarela prejudica a colocação das mesmas). Se colocar luz branca somente nesse local ajuda muito as pessoas que precisam dessas funções.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located with direct access to the beach. The rooms front of the pool have automatic views of the beach and the beautiful sea front of the hotel. The pools are very well organized with bars and pool service. The half-pension service but at 16:00 a.m. they offer something to eat near the pool and the evening from 19:00 to 22:00 offer drinks made at the moment.

One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel.
As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took!
Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels.
Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay.
At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available.
Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.
AAnderson LicheskiThe hotel is fantastic!! Great service, the rooms are cleaned very quickly and the food is phenomenal. I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit.
MMarcoHotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.
