The room is quite big and the service is good. It is right in the center of the city. The location is super convenient and the facilities are very new. There is a coffee machine in the room and a bar downstairs. The service is very good.

The hotel is in a great location, a ten-minute walk from the train and bus stations, and close to the city's main attractions. The room was a decent size, with a small refrigerator but no electric kettle. The biggest issue was the bedbugs in room 303. We killed two large ones and one small one, and didn't sleep well. The hotel should address this issue with an exterminator.

What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!

The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was a communication gap between the hotel front desk and the restaurant. They said breakfast wasn't included on the first and second days. To avoid the same situation on the third day, we contacted the hotel front desk, and breakfast wasn't included on the third day.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and hygienic. The hotel breakfast doesn't offer a lot of variety, but it's definitely nutritious enough. The location is great, very close to the train station, and it's also convenient to walk to attractions and the city center.

POS: very central location 50 mtr from ****** and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced. NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

Very nice hotel perfectly based between Oostende and Brugge. Located on a lake side, very calm position and cheaper than others. Well recommended but the shower tray sealant in the bathroom could have been changed or bleached as it was full of black mould all over. Pity as shower was good and quite wide. Room small but its an ibis budget and it is enough space for 2 people. Comfy bed too

A hotel with a sense of design, even the bathroom on the negative floor is quite gorgeous. Breakfast is slightly simpler than those hotels in Germany and the Netherlands at the same price. But compared to Belgium, Italy is also above average. Very close to the train station, there is a quite ** restaurant next to the castle, the dishes are great! Very worth a try, stay here next time! !

Service: Most dependent on who is in the bar. The young lady is a top! When we want to book a night, the proposal does not take account of discounts, on the contrary, the upgrade we received when checking was fully accounted for any extension. Online books would have been 30€ cheaper than extending the bar! Problems with airco: it doesn't work. It is quickly very warm in the room. Although reported several times; not resolved. Further perfect location!

This is a highly recommended hotel. The location is quite good. The locals’ favorite breakfast is right outside. The sightseeing carriages pass by from time to time during the day. It is very close to various check-in spots. It is especially suitable for measuring the old town of Bruges with footsteps. The hotel is very charming and worth it.
