We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The location is quite convenient; right outside, there's a gas station, a convenience store, and even the world's largest McDonald's. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket, a car rental pickup point, various restaurants, and a Chinese buffet. The facilities are also pretty comprehensive, including a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. The room itself was definitely a bit dated, but the front desk staff member who checked us in was super helpful. We got a second-floor room facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet and had no musty smell. (However, I imagine rooms facing the road might be quite noisy, so it's probably best to avoid those if you can.)

I could tell the hotel had been really nice once. It had just weathered a storm a lot of the rooms were not working. My room did not have electricity by the bed nor did the phone work. other than that, trip.com got the wrong dates on my reservation. They book me for Saturday and Sunday leaving Monday, but my conference, the only reason for my trip, started Monday. Essentially they had me checking out on the day the conference was to begin. I told them immediately but they did nothing about it. trip.com not worth the effort. The Shores resort and spa Daytona Beach will be back and certainly worth the stay if you can get over the front desk staff…. except for the one with the purple ish colored hair. she’s a keeper.

Un hotel maravilloso, perfecto para ir en familia, con amigos o pareja. Cerca de los parques, transporte gratuito a los parques y la temática del hotel super bonita! Lo recomiendo 10/10. Sobretodo si cogéis alguna oferta sale muy rentable ya que tenéis entrada temprana a los parques!!!!

Beautiful hotel located just 5 mins to Kaseya Center. The best choice if you are going to watch a NBA match in the evening. Gym is spacious and clean, love it! The view of Miami from the pool in the morning is breathtaking.

1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable 3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone 4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere. On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.

Location is definitely Jax beach but amenities were lacking. The restaurant and bar were not open early or late enough. This may change seasonal. It was clean. You were right on stretch with the bars and club. Definitely walking distance.

Stayed for 3 nights in Pop Century. The room has two beds, one of which can be folded up to become a table and needs to be put down to become a bed. The room is in the 90s Century, almost the farthest building from the entrance and the bus... The facilities in the room are good and clean. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to borrow a luggage cart from the bell service and push it back to the room. The advantage is that the sound insulation is good, and the hotel's shuttle bus and bus services are very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Cheeca Lodge! The staff was super friendly, the rooms very clean and the amenities were amazing! The food on resort was tasty and well made, too! We also indulged in a couples massage that was so relaxing - we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We were visiting friends in the Mt Dora area and they told us to try this historic beauty. The building was lovely. Staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was fine for an old structure with beautiful decor. Unfortunately, the floor in our room along with the bed and even the sink faucets were squeaky which got annoying. I guess old allows squeaky but it got annoying. We did not try the restaurant because we were visiting our friends but it looked lovely and you could dine indoors or on their front porch with a view of Lake Dora. We would stay here again on a future visit. Only reason for my 4 rating was the squeaks but probably no way around that on a wood structure this old,
