Facilities: The best motel I've stayed in. The room was very spacious. Cleanliness: Super clean and tidy! Environment: Very quiet and safe. Service: The front desk staff were great. It's very close to LAX and offers a free, frequent shuttle service. Parking is also convenient. It was really easy to pick up a rental car at the airport and head straight here.

The actual hotel room is better than picture a million time, clean and big. There is plenty of parking space. The location is good, easy to get everywhere. The breakfast is simple as American style, like the other hotel in US. Overall, i recommend this hotel if you come to Oakhurst. You will love it. I promise.

Everything about my stay was more than fine except for two issues. I had already informed hotel management that I would be proposing that night, and I specifically requested a non-connecting room with a decent view. Despite this, I was given a connecting room and placed next to a group of friends who were extremely loud throughout the night. I tried contacting the reception multiple times regarding the noise, but no one answered for nearly two hours, if not more. I also experienced an issue at the restaurant during breakfast. I tried to explain to the waiter that my reservation already included breakfast for two people that day. He informed me that I could order anything from the menu. However, I was later surprised with a bill exceeding $100 and was then told that the breakfast-for-two benefit only covered $50 of the total.

I'm the kinda person that is huge on communication and fairness. I think her name is Brianna at the front desk....”wow” extremely nice and accommodating to us. And to be honest the entire front desk receptionists are very good at what they do. I will return.

We stayed for two nights and only stayed for one night because of the typhoon flight delay. The trip platform said that the order could be modified or cancelled due to the impact of the typhoon, so we left a message first and then called the hotel, but the hotel said that it still had to pay for two days. After checking in on August 14, I received a trip letter saying that because we had checked in on August 13, we could not modify the order to stay for one night. In fact, we have accepted the order when we inform the hotel that we cannot modify the order, but we are more unhappy that the platform or the hotel mistakenly planted our check-in time. It feels like an excuse is to ask us to pay for two nights.

Lets start with the good: Hotel was nice and the staff were especially helpful-they assisted us in locating bag that was mistakenly grabbed by an exiting guest and facilitating it's prompt return. This is an excellent example of above-and-beyond service from the concierge, front desk staff and security. Additionally, the Hollywood sign was visible form the room, which is a nice touch. Not everything was amazing: All the business conference rooms were apparently unusable for the entire stay due to the Oscars, and there was security preventing anyone from entering the meeting rooms- which were supposed to be available for use. Additionally, the hotel charged an additional $170 on my card after I left, claiming it was for perks that during check-in, were listed as complimentary. Since I was on a business trip, I would have returned the perks if I knew they will charge for them after leaving the hotel.

The rooms at Huntington Beach Hotel are clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located in a central area. The staff are polite, friendly, and consistently provide attentive service.

It's very close to the beach, the whole area is lively, there's a bank and supermarket across the street, and the surrounding area is bustling with restaurants and eateries, especially at night. It's very convenient. San Diego also has a relatively safe atmosphere. There are places to sleep, kitchens, and lots of interesting people. It's a great place.

Environment: Opposite is the Pacific Ocean, and you can listen to the huge waves crashing against the rocks at night Health: For a motel, I am very satisfied. Facilities: There is a swimming pool and a hot pool, which is good for taking a dip at night
