Hyatt Regency Orange County

I would highly reccomend staying here. Good service, good location, and very spacious room. If you have a big family, this is the place. They also have a very good shuttle bus service to go visit the disneyland park. The shuttle bus runs many times throughout the day and even late at night. Very good!

This is not what I expect from a Hyatt. The room had an unpleasant odor when we first walked in. The bathroom does not have a ceiling fan, making it extremely hot after showering. The bunk bed did not have a comforter, only a thin blanket, while the king-size bed had a very thick comforter, making it difficult to regulate the temperature or ensure everyone was comfortable. Although we paid full price for breakfast, the selection was very limited and spoiled milk was served. If you plan to stay here, I would not recommend choosing this type of room.

In general this hotel is acceptable for the price range and consider how old this property is. There are two main complains about this hotel is the sound insulation and safety. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. In addition, the gap of hotel room door between the bottom of the door and floor is big. While we stayed there, we concerned if someone could use tools to open our room door thru that gap.
