Beach Hotels in Selangor, Malaysia

Check in facility was smooth, friendly front desk and manager helpful. we are family of 5 ( 2 rooms) and it was accomodating and great stay for 4 days 3 nights as my parents were staying nearby, and we are back to celebrate CNY. The beach pool maybe can have a bit improvement as its a bit dirty ( a bit dissapointment for my kids) but hotel rooms were very clean and daily cleaned up well. Kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my housekey i realised i lost it after 3 days checking out and my parents went back to the lobby and got it back. Thankful to them. Its a great place to stay. rooms were quiet no odour and free mineral bottle water and coffee tea. clean towels, good bed.

This hotel is located about 1.5 hours from Kuala Lumpur. From a bird's-eye view, you're greeted by a beautiful palm tree spanning the coastline. It might be the world's most affordable five-star overwater bungalow resort. The only downside is that the ocean water here isn't pristine, so you can't swim directly in it. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese, so there are no language barriers at all. The hotel also provides electric buggy shuttle services. While some of the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are generally well-maintained. We booked an overwater villa, which featured two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, and two balconies, totaling 82 square meters and accommodating up to four people. The infinity pool is probably the hotel's most beautiful spot, perfect for photos. The hotel's coconuts are delicious, and you can enjoy them by the pool with a stunning sunset view. The hotel breakfast is extensive, offering a variety of local specialties. All three meals can be taken at the hotel. The Western restaurant has a lovely ambiance right by the sea, and the Chinese restaurant serves surprisingly delicious food. The Western restaurant also offers a great setting by the sea to watch the sunset. On weekends, there's a free and spectacular fire show.

Location wise is good, very near to the Bagan Lalang Beach, you can walk there too. However, I am very disappointed with the poor arrangement. The reception counter was located outdoor , hot checking in at 3.00pm. Added I was there twice as they assigned me to an occupied room. Finally, as they are all fully booked, they provided us with an upgraded room. The hassle didn't end here, the master bedroom aircond is malfunction, TV is not working well too, no wifi and telco line is weak. I finally able to sit down and rest from check in at 3.00pm till 6.30pm. Reminder, breakfast is take away type - 1 teh tarik and 1 super spicy nasi goreng that my kids cant take it at all. For hospitality service pov, room was not properly managed, not updated and sync in the system. They overlooked customer's need, coming from different background and age. I hope the management will look into this and improve to serve the customer better.

It is located in Sepang, about 50 minutes from Kuala Lumpur Airport. It is almost the same as the atmosphere in the photo, but if you want a different resort-like atmosphere, I do not recommend it. The room facilities are also of poor quality and it feels like a pension. It might be because we came in late and checked out early. There was no hot water in the shower room in one room. It was more disappointing than the actual place. The swimming pool location is good. The food at the restaurant at the entrance of the resort was good~~

I would like to suggest to hotel cleaning team, please ensure the cleanliness is at tip top condition. You all may started to spray air freshener to keep the environment refreshing. There was no buffet served but only ALA carte during our stay. It's ok and understandable for very small nos.of hotel guests but sadly the food portion is to large for me and friend. We all ladies not eating that much. So ended up a big waste for us. Please f&b team look into this matter and try giving your full heart in preparing the food. Although ALA carte but it was presented low standard (hotel seri malaysia always our favourite and never disappoint us since back to 90's but all are different now🤔) at least they are skill of making the food more pleasant 🙏

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.

the room was decent, but a bit old and dirty. corridor no light at night. the pool (self paid, that is fine) but is dirty water.
