We had a wonderful stay at the Yingkou Wanda Yihua Hotel. The check-in was fast and smooth, and our Executive Deluxe Sea-View Room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a fantastic bed. The highlight was the large private balcony offering breathtaking views over the beach, the sea, and the harbor. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh Chinese dishes along with some Western options, and everything was well organized even during the busy Golden Week. We can also highly recommend the dinner buffet with its excellent selection of fresh seafood, grilled lamb, and steaks. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special thanks goes to Mia Wang, who supported us so kindly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt very welcome and comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a truly delightful surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always providing warm drinks like freshly ground coffee and honey water, which made me feel so cozy and happy. No matter what I asked for, they responded immediately and resolved it – truly going above and beyond. The room was spacious and bright, and opening the window revealed a serene view of the Malan River. It was peaceful and quiet despite being in a bustling area, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! Amenities: Warm drinks, freshly ground coffee.

After this trip, I will never forget this hotel🏨, and I plan to come here again with friends when I have time. My husband chose the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel is very close to the seaside, just a minute or two walk away. The decoration inside the hotel makes people feel particularly comfortable, with reasonable layout and practical placement of items. It feels like the decoration design is very thoughtful. I heard that there were no vacancies when we booked a suite. The big bed we booked was also very good. This hotel was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during this trip. In addition, the breakfast here is also very rich, and the service staff are also very good. I will definitely come again next time. grateful

The location is super convenient, right above Donghai Station on Line 2, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and decorated in a cozy yet stylish way. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and we had a great sea view. The room was also very warm. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends~

This hotel is really close to Xinghai Square, so you can easily catch the sunrise and sunset, and see the seagulls in the morning. The evening light show nearby is also fantastic. We were dropped off directly from the airport shuttle. The room itself was very comfortable and warm. We had one twin bed and one king-sized bed, which was perfect. Overall, it was very clean, and the robot delivery service for food was super convenient – no need to go downstairs! Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely stay here again. This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at in Dalian. Every corner of the hotel fulfills all your childhood fantasies, making it incredibly kid-friendly and the best family hotel. The children's playground is clean and hygienic, and the rooms are luxurious and spacious, with windows that can be opened for ventilation. The views are amazing, nestled between mountains and sea, and the sky garden offers incredibly healing ocean views. During the New Year, there were lively performances and a New Year's goods market, creating a truly festive atmosphere. I must give a special shout-out to Zora, whose service was warm and thoughtful. She even proactively added me on WeChat to offer itinerary suggestions, always thinking ahead. It felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is fantastic, practically surrounded by the sea on three sides. One side offers bay views, and the other looks out onto the marina. The shared balcony is beautifully designed and even has a small communal dining table, which is super convenient if you order takeout. It's incredibly close to the pier for sea fishing, and there are many fishing charter options available. It's also lovely to head to the beach for a swim, collect shells, or pick up some pebbles. Xinghai Square is about a 10 to 15-minute walk away, and getting a taxi to the hotel is very easy.

This hotel is right next to Xinghai Square, so as soon as you step out, you're greeted by the sea and seagulls. It's super convenient, with several popular attractions just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The interior is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The decor has an antique charm, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. My friend and I stayed in a sea-view room with a bathtub. Pulling back the curtains revealed the shimmering, turquoise ocean, which instantly lifted our spirits. There's also a rooftop terrace with a Dalian photo wall and Instagrammable backdrops, perfect for getting some amazing shots without even leaving the hotel. Plus, it's a great spot to catch both the sunrise and sunset!

A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. The shower door is not sealed, so it leaks, but everthing else was fine.Air con was working very well and kept the room very cool. Breakfast had a vast menu, but for a foreigner, the choice was acceptable but limited. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but expensive at £195 for a sea view double room for 2 nights staying on my own Weather was poor but did not detract from my stay.. Location excellent. Metro (2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni) and Xinhai Square about 15 mins walk.

Dalian Four Seasons Whale Song Resort: A Five-Star Stay, The Perfect Coastal Getaway I chose the Four Seasons Whale Song Resort when I came to Shicao Beach in Dalian, and my stay was absolutely fantastic—definitely five stars! The hotel is tucked away in Amber Bay on Binhai East Road, boasting its own private beach. You step out to blue skies and ocean, with beautiful mountains behind, and the stunning scenery of Binhai Road all around. The moment I opened the window to a sea view, I knew I’d made the right choice. Check-in was super thoughtful; the front desk staff were efficient and proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions. They even kindly offered a welcome fruit platter and snacks—every detail showed how much care they put in. The sea-view room was both beautiful and comfortable. The Wabi-sabi style decor was minimalist yet tasteful, and the soft bedding made for a truly relaxing sleep. The separate bathroom's bathtub and brand-name toiletries were a big plus, and the wet/dry separation design was thoughtful. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dusty corners, and even the air freshener had a light, fresh scent, making for a very pleasant stay. Lying in bed, I had a direct sea view, waking up to the golden glow of the sunrise over the horizon and watching the sunset paint the sky in the evening, drifting off to the sound of the waves. This sense of healing is truly irreplaceable. The hotel’s amenities were also fantastic. The breakfast at the Whale Delight Restaurant on the second floor offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety. Enjoying breakfast with a sea view was a wonderful start to the day. The afternoon tea and seaside bar also had a great atmosphere, making for a supremely relaxing experience while sipping a drink in the sea breeze. The Whale Wonder Art Space on the first floor was filled with exotic antique furniture and decorations—every photo was Instagram-worthy. You can even buy beloved soft furnishings from the hotel, and occasionally there are art exhibitions and DIY activities, allowing you to soak in an artistic vibe during your vacation. The exclusive beach area was uncrowded and beautiful; the beach swing and Moroccan rock photo spot were perfect for pictures. A leisurely stroll on the beach with the sea breeze instantly melted all my worries away. What’s even more commendable is the hotel's all-around service. Whether it was the front desk, the concierge, or the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly warm and attentive. Any request was quickly met, almost like having a personal butler. They even thoughtfully offered a travel photography service, and the photos turned out incredibly atmospheric. The hotel's location is also very convenient, not far from Fisherman's Wharf and Tiger Beach Ocean Park. For those driving, there's a free private car park, making travel incredibly easy. Overall, the Four Seasons Whale Song truly perfected the romance and comfort of a coastal vacation. It's ideal for couples, friends, or families. I’ve already added this hotel to my must-stay list for Dalian, and I’ll definitely choose it again next time I visit!
