This stay in the coastal sea-view room truly elevated the vacation experience! The moment I opened the door, I was stunned by the unobstructed ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. I could even watch the sunrise from bed. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom was also well-done. The best part? The beach is just a few steps downstairs, so you can go for a walk or dip your toes in the water whenever you want without having to travel. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was more effective than any white noise. The staff were also very attentive; any requests were handled quickly. This sea-view room offers such great value for money, I'll definitely choose it again next time!

Facilities: I'd seen many reviews mentioning outdated facilities, and while it's true some things show their age, it's generally acceptable given how long the hotel has been around. Breakfast: Nowadays, hotel breakfasts across the country are pretty similar. What stands out here are the local specialties like Dalian 'menzi' (a type of jelly), sea cucumber and rice, and this amazing seafood omelet! 👍 Delicious 😋

The hotel room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The king-size bed (2-meter) was incredibly comfortable to sleep in, and you could even see Xinghai Square from the room. The room facilities were also very complete, including a smart toilet and electric curtains. Housekeeping kept the room very clean, and the cleaning lady was kind and friendly. The front desk service was attentive and always ready to help. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

Had a fantastic experience! It's super easy to find, right across the street from the subway exit. Plus, it's not too far from Venice Water Town and Sea Rhyme Park. The front desk service was excellent, and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Security is great too, with a controlled access entrance to the building and a key card entry system for the room. The natural light is amazing, and you can even catch the sunrise in the morning. Plenty of dining options nearby for all your meals, including late-night snacks!

This was my first time staying by the sea in winter, and I was surprised to see the ocean freeze over – it's a completely different vibe from summer. As always, the hotel's facilities and service were excellent; they didn't cut corners just because there were fewer guests during the Spring Festival. It seems Bayuquan has a tradition of setting off fireworks by the sea, as there was a steady stream of people coming to light them every evening during the festival. Our room's balcony was definitely a VIP viewing spot, and it was absolutely worth every penny! 😁

When I first saw the photos, I fell in love with it instantly. After booking the room, I was worried it might be a 'photo trap,' but once I arrived, I found it completely exceeded my expectations. All the photos I've shared are real, unedited shots. The view outside the window is indeed breathtaking. Due to the angle, watching the sunrise while lying down is a bit of a challenge 😂, but standing up does the trick. The sunrise over the sea is absolutely stunning! The room temperature was also perfectly warm, so even though I encountered snowy weather, I was able to watch the sunrise comfortably without freezing. Honestly, just looking out at the blue sea from the window is incredibly beautiful. I don't think there's any need to go to those trendy cafes; sitting on the balcony offers the best mountain and sea views. The service was also great. Luggage handling and cleaning were all fine. The housekeeper noticed I asked about breakfast times and mentioned I might not be able to get up early, so the next day, they brought it directly to my room. Personally, I don't see any downsides. This room type is a bit small, but it's perfectly sufficient for one person. One minor suggestion: it would be great to have a laundry basket. The clothes hangers are made of rope, which looks very artistic and nice, but women usually have more clothes, so there weren't quite enough hangers.

The room is great, and the location is excellent. It's a high-rise hotel with free parking. I was on a solo road trip, and parking in the deep underground garage was a bit daunting at first, but after the first time, I realized it was quite simple. Plus, you don't need to re-enter your details every time, which is very convenient. The hotel room is on a very high floor. I couldn't appreciate it yesterday due to the heavy fog, but this morning, the view facing the pier is fantastic. Being a high-rise hotel, the surrounding area is very lively, with plenty of late-night food stalls and bathhouses not far away. It's clearly a very central location, highly recommended!

I rarely leave reviews on Trip.com, but this time I just had to. I brought my child to Dalian, and originally I just booked a family room for one night because of its proximity to Xinghai Square. It far exceeded my expectations. From the front desk staff, the lobby manager, to even the hotel owner, everyone was impeccable. Although the room wasn't huge, the location was superb; just a few minutes' walk downstairs, across the bridge, and you're at Xinghai Square. The family-friendly decor in the room was very thoughtful, all the children's amenities were from Sam's Club, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the few that provided extreme comfort. The decor style is modern, and every item in the hotel was carefully selected. I initially thought it would be a standard budget hotel, but it's actually on par with a five-star hotel. Every detail felt so considerate, even providing 8 bottles of water in the room. Upon check-in, a butler proactively added me on WeChat to arrange the next day's breakfast time in advance and prepared it. In the evening, they even asked if I needed a goodnight drink. When going out, the lobby manager and owner would actively ask if I needed help or offer travel suggestions. I've stayed in so many hotels, both domestically and internationally, including almost all of Macau's top five-star hotels, and I've never felt that a Dalian hotel could provide such meticulous service. It truly went far beyond my expectations. If I had to pick a flaw, I'd say other than being a bit small, there's nothing else... You can really feel that the owner puts their heart into it. The location, price, and service of this hotel are truly beyond reproach, and it compelled me to say a few words. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel in Dalian again.

I honestly didn't want to leave the Meihau R Hot Spring Hotel (Xinghai Square Branch) – it was pure bliss from start to finish.😭 The location is unbelievably perfect! Xinghai Square is just a few steps away, making it super easy to feed the seagulls, enjoy the ocean breeze, and capture panoramic city views. The subway station is only about 1km away, an easy walk. The river view is fantastic, and the overall environment is quiet and elegant, a welcome escape from city noise. Their service truly won over this southerner! The front desk staff were so gentle and attentive. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, and an auntie even specially fried an egg for me on the spot – talk about attention to detail. The room was super spacious; we got upgraded to a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered such a healing view. It was roomy and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the hotel's own scrubbing and hot spring center. My first Northern-style scrubbing experience – I'm hooked! So relaxing and stress-relieving. There's also a secret garden on the rooftop, perfect for a drink and a chat on a breezy evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect ✨ Honestly, no complaints at all.
