Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy – excellent. Environment: The environment was superb! With the ocean right outside the window, the view was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Service: The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive.

This has to be the most highly recommended luxury hotel in Beihai. The location is excellent, the facilities are new, and the rooms are cozy. The food is also a rare find – delicious and great value for money. The infinity pool, outdoor pool, pet park, and the kids' club on the 7th floor are perfect for families, and there's even a bubble show in the pool in the afternoon, which kids absolutely love. A big thank you to the front desk lady who upgraded us to a sea view room, offering direct views of the most beautiful part of Silver Beach. I also want to commend the two gentlemen who led the morning beachcombing activity; they taught us detailed techniques and went above and beyond to help us collect shells and catch crabs, making sure we had a plentiful haul. We will definitely choose Hualuxe again next time.

Within walking distance of Silver Beach, making it very convenient to get around. The high-floor view is expansive, and the room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with complete amenities. The apartment-style layout feels cozy and comfortable. There are many dining options nearby, especially places to eat seafood. Free parking is a plus for those driving. The front desk service was enthusiastic; after checking in, they specifically escorted us to our room. We needed to get a temporary ID, and the front desk even helped us by providing information about the nearest police station and sending the location. When checking out early in the morning, the young lady at the desk even said, ”Please be careful on your travels,” which was very heartwarming. Overall, the experience was great, and it offers excellent value for money.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly our butler, Lulu. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted me to understand our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill them. She was incredibly helpful with anything she could coordinate and actively sought solutions for things beyond her direct control – truly commendable! 👍 During our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient in booking activities and arranging a late check-out. So, these 5 stars are definitely for our butler. Another great point is the lifeguard at the pool; they are, without a doubt, the most responsible I've ever encountered at a hotel. They diligently watched the pool every single minute, never getting distracted. The staff at the kids' activities also did a fantastic job, engaging with every child and ensuring everyone felt included. On the downside, the room cleaning could be improved. The non-slip mat in the bathtub had a greasy film underneath (though when I informed the butler, she immediately resolved it and provided disposable bath liners). Replenishment of amenities was also inconsistent. The hot food at the executive lounge was disappointing and didn't match the quality expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. Lastly, the kids' club was very small and lacked proper ventilation.

Close to the sea with a private gate leading directly to Silver Beach, so you can rinse off anytime. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, both free, and I swam laps daily – can't forget exercise even on vacation! Breakfast was plentiful, the setting elegant, and the full sea view was absolutely delightful. Our five-day, four-night vacation unfortunately coincided with Beihai's rainy season, so we didn't visit many sights and just spent our time swimming at Silver Beach. I'm so glad we chose this hotel; otherwise, the trip would have been a bust. The service was excellent; a butler proactively contacted us even before we arrived and was always ready to help. The room had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes since we were constantly getting wet from playing by the sea. It would be even more perfect if they provided a free spin dryer!

The room facilities are relatively new and very comfortable. It's very close to the beach, just a step outside. During the Spring Festival, there were different performance activities every day, which added to the festive atmosphere. The soft play area is free, and the best part is the free craft activities for children, which my child loved and went to almost every day. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich.

This is a fantastic homestay! The staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The Rainforest Restaurant has a bar area where you can order new cocktails, and the evening ambiance is really nice. There's also a pool at the homestay, perfect for a swim in the summer. Booking includes pier pick-up and drop-off, and breakfast is also included with a self-service buffet. Overall, it's a great experience.

Just checked into the Holiday Inn Express, and it's been an amazing experience! The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, plus excellent transportation links. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was absolutely top-notch; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and tasted great too. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Hello! Because my room on the 9th floor was noisy due to its location facing a residential building, I moved to the 10th floor today, hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing, hence this complaint. Upon entering the room, because the cleaning agent had an overly pungent smell, I turned on all the lights. I found not only residual hair on the pillow but also a noticeable brown stain, making it unusable. The floor also had uncleaned stains, appearing very unkempt. Furthermore, the room reeked of mop water, indicating it hadn't been properly dried after cleaning, severely impacting my experience. This level of cleanliness is seriously inconsistent with your hotel's standards. I hope the hotel will take cleanliness seriously, improve room management, and prevent similar incidents from recurring.
