It's a great hotel, but the swimming pool wasn't clean. The breakfast was good, the rooms were large, and the facilities were excellent. There were many Chinese people there. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is very well located and breakfast is excellent, but the accommodation conditions are not recognized as 4 stars, with an additional 200 for a room with sea view. The scenery is very medium, the room is very small, and the decor is very common, without teeth, peeches and chins.
Hotel location is very good, breakfast is great. But the accommodation conditions do not recognize 4 stars, sea view room plus 200, but the view is very general, the room is small, the decoration is very ordinary, there is no toothbrush, comb, and slippers. Very inconvenient for Chinese tourists.

El problema fue, que me surgió un imprevisto de una reunión importante, en São Paulo el primer día de estancia. Dadas las pésimas condiciones de la carretera para llegar hasta allí (la tarde que llegue, las pasé canutas para ir desde el aeropuerto de Guarulhos, decidí que lo mejor ya era quedarme São Paulo los dos días restantes
Intenté que me devolvieran algo (ya se que la reserva no admitía cancelaciones, pero también se que hay tratamientos excepcionales para situaciones excepcionales)
La única respuesta que obtuve, fue que tanto el hotel como Trip, se pasaban la pelota de uno a otro, con la única intención de no devolver nada; muchas gracias a las dos partes: al hotel se que no volveré y cuando vaya a hacer una reserva y aparezca Trip por medio, como poco me lo pensaré dos veces antes

O Hotel em si é bem tranquilo, a localidade é muito boa, pertinho da praia, cama confortável e café da manhã muito bom.
Oq eu tenho a reclamar é que colocaram um funcionário novo e ele não sabia fazer as coisas, o problema não é ser novo, e sim não ensinarem ele a fazer reserva e etc. Fomos reservar mais uma diária pra ir embora um pouco mais tarde e ele entendeu que estávamos pedindo reembolso? Kk e ele tbm não marcou que nosso quarto estava reservado, aí no dia seguinte o próximo atendente falou que iríamos ir embora às 12h, ficamos confusos, mas ele em si é muito gentil, só falta treinamento. Acho muito ruim o horário de checkout, 12h é muito cedo, fora que pelo preço deveria ser reservado o dia todo, mas enfim, foi tranquilo tirando esses pontos!

The room is large, the hot water is very comfortable, quiet, the surrounding community is safe, facing shopping mall and Carrefour, and it is convenient to replenish supplies. Very close to the beach, less than 10 minutes walk, facing the port of Santos, stay here next time.

In general, my family likes the hotel for the location...but the cleaning has no longer been desired. The dishes were not clean and full of myg... good. Acoustic isolation was horrible...not csg enter into sleep by the noise of the neighbors.
Morning coffee is well damaged...service tbm is legal and attentive... generally I give the note : 5 out of 10.

Nearby there are good restaurant options, so it is convenient to explore around.
The hotel itself is decent, standard. The swimming pool is good and the gym area has the basic.

GGuest UserGood afternoon. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, it was a wonderful 3 days and we had a great time. We liked everything, from the room accommodation to the leisure space. Room with comfortable bed and sheets I think are 400 thread count....lol very soft, sleep very well. Breakfast had almost a little of everything, staff were always helpful. I really liked the pool bar too, fair price and everything we ordered came perfectly, gin, caipiroska and a portion of counter filet and breaded chicken strips, delicious, very crunchy, and well served. I would like to congratulate the staff for their good, relaxed and good-natured service (APOLO AND BIANCA) BAR
And Mr. JOAO who helped us with our luggage to the car, very helpful. I want to come back more often 😁🫶🙌👏

GGuest UserO hotel é muito bem localizado, espaçoso. Mas o quarto muito ruim! Puro mofo! As toalhas MUITO VELHAS, extremamente manchadas, ralas de tanto uso. O chuveiro não sai água, uma pingo por minuto, impossível tomar banho, tive que pegar uma garrafa pra encher e lavar o cabelo. As paredes do box estavam cheias de cabelo, nojento! A válvula da descarga era dura, tinha que apertar com as duas mãos, o assento estava rachado. Um show de horror! É uma pena, pq o hotel tem uma localização incrível.
