Para começar a avaliação, digo que ficamos esperando para fazer o check-in sem entrar para o quarto por 4 horas. A fila era bem grande pois estava havendo um evento na cidade. A equipe do hotel não estava preparada para receber tanta gente. As atendentes extremamente lentas. Estava com uma bebezinha de 3 meses fiquei esperando esse tempo todo sem nenhum conforto para ela. Antes haviam me dito por telefone que o hotel tem transformadores para emprestar, mas quando fui pedir, já não tinha mais, pois o hotel tem apenas 5 unidades. Não limparam nosso quarto em nenhum dos dois dias de hospedagem, não trocaram toalhas nem esvaziaram o lixo do banheiro. Não tinha berço para minha filha, apenas uma cama pequena que foi péssima, tentaram adaptar tirando uma escrivaninha mas ficou cheio de pontas. Resumindo por ser Íbis eu odiei a experiência, foi o pior íbis que já fiquei.

Ao chegar no Hotel, a recepcionista fez uma confusão na reserva. Que tinha que pagar um valor, sendo que já tinha fechado com vocês. iA gerar um código no cartão. Enfim, depois de grande exaustão, peguei meu cartão para pagar , pq chegamos cansados, queríamos descansar. Ela disse que não era nosso cartão e sim de um cartão virtual. Achamos super desnecessária essa informação. Para os hóspedes não importa a forma. Entre Hotels e Ibis, e sim o ok para nós hospedarmos. Causou um grande estresse. O café da manhã é excelente. Os quartos poderiam ser melhor conservados. No banheiro ser colocado um suporte para shampoo. Antes de acomodar um hóspede ver o que precisa de manutenção. A saboneteira estava caída.

Fiz reserva nesse hotel com antecedência. Quando cheguei não encontraram a reserva, mesmo eu a mostrando no celular. A recepcionista da noite foi extremamente gentil. Felizmente foi encontrado um quarto, o que evitou que eu ficasse na rua, numa cidade estranha. Não havia toalhas disponíveis. Só foi possível o fornecimento no dia seguinte, então dormi sem tomar banho. As toalhas fornecidas no dia seguinte, aliás, eram uma lixa, desconfio que eram toalhas de chão. Na hora do banho a torneira do chuveiro caiu em minhas mãos, então ou a água era gelada ou fervendo. Não tinha ninguém para arrumar. O café da manhã foi bem gostoso.
