I could tell the hotel had been really nice once. It had just weathered a storm a lot of the rooms were not working. My room did not have electricity by the bed nor did the phone work. other than that, trip.com got the wrong dates on my reservation. They book me for Saturday and Sunday leaving Monday, but my conference, the only reason for my trip, started Monday. Essentially they had me checking out on the day the conference was to begin. I told them immediately but they did nothing about it. trip.com not worth the effort. The Shores resort and spa Daytona Beach will be back and certainly worth the stay if you can get over the front desk staff…. except for the one with the purple ish colored hair. she’s a keeper.

Mixed experience: Super friendly, smiling and proactive staff Nevertheless, getting to the Disney parks from the hotel is complicated. Shuttles have to be booked 24 hours in advance (otherwise they sell out quickly, even in low season) and the timetables are not great (sometimes arriving late, without a pass the queue will be long at the attractions) If you take the Uber option, it will cost $20-30 per journey. Please note! There is also a resort fee to be taken into account and paid at the hotel ($9/person/day) Finally, when we arrived, a room that wasn't ready was given to us but they were able to offer us another room instead.

The room was cleaner than I expected and very comfortable. Amenities are minimal, so it's a good idea to bring your own water and slippers. They don't offer luggage storage, so those planning to leave their bags at Miami Airport to go explore should be aware of that.

Hotel was still in the process of being built with some facilities unavailable. Room was large but very hollow and like a barn with no carpet on the floor only hard flooring. Cold tap in kitchen did not work and no cooking utensils and limited knives and forks etc. Breakfast was also poor with throw away plates and wooden cutlery like on an airplane . Expensive for what it was and I would not stay again

The room was bigger than I expected. The breakfast, with bagels and yogurt, was decent – exactly what you'd imagine. However, the shuttle service to Disney and Universal was very infrequent. I thought there would be many, but there was only one, so we ended up taking a taxi back at night.

The hotel has a microwave, and it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket. I imagine most people staying here are visiting Disney or Universal, so this distance is easily walkable. It's an older hotel, but it's clean, not dirty, and well-maintained. The shuttle bus times aren't great, but if you want to save money, it's a good option since an Uber can cost ¥2,000-¥4,000 one way. All in all, having a microwave, a nearby supermarket, and the affordable price makes it worth it!

Our family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!

The hotel is spacious and clean. It is a brand hotel with a good reputation. There are two 1.5-meter beds, which can sleep two people and are suitable for a family of three. The front desk is very welcoming and they also gave cookies made by the hotel 🍪, which is very considerate. The hotel provides 24 hours There is an airport shuttle. Because I have an early flight, I booked a shuttle bus at 4 a.m. with the front desk clerk. It takes 7 minutes to reach the airport Terminal B. It is very convenient for guests with early flights. There are several restaurants around the hotel. I found an internet celebrity restaurant and it’s about a ten-minute walk away.

Clean rooms. Nice pool and gym. There is a little traffic due to the area but we were satisfied with the room

Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!
