I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

The room was beautiful and wonderful, and it was big, and close to the airport, the staff were very nice, and I arrived at midnight, and they greeted me and showed me the room to choose one of the rooms that was very clean, the bathroom was also added, and there was no noise at night, everything was beautiful, I hope I'll come back to the hotel.

Very good hotel to stay. it’s new and clean. More importantly, it’s quite close to the IST airport, convenient to reach whichever means. The next morning before we checked out, we met the hospitable hotel manager, help us call a taxi and offers very thoughtful recommendations on our next visit: the Black Sea Coast. Next time then! See you guys later!

I experienced my travel for work with staff very close to the airport, their rooms were new and comfortable beds. I've been staying in the loft plus hotel in the same area before, I love loft hotels in Istanbul and I often prefer my travels.

Best hotel, double glazed windows, you can’t hear any planes, beautiful restaurant downstairs, amazing and helpful staff, walking distance to airport with cafes, shops, pharmacy and etc

Very professional driver. Mr Mehmet who was in contact with me prior to landing and patiently waiting for my arrival after clearing customs. The front desk staff, Kader is very pleasant. Check in is fast and the message prior to my arrival was reassuring. The hotel is near the airport and I would recommend it for a layover. It is clean and the staff even leave complimentary snacks and water. Thank you for the hospitality, diligent staff: housekeeping, front desk and driver for shuttle.

Loft airport hotel This hotel is beautiful we were completely in shock at how nice the room is - Has a huge mirror which converts to a TV. The room has little fridge with free drinks - coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings the bathroom is fabulous I would totally recommend staying at this hotel Has a large mirror which turns into a TV. All upgraded - & exceptional When you get a taxi from the airport be sure the taxi man puts on the meter…. If you don’t see the meter running by the time you’re leaving the airport tell him to pull over and put the meter on I have noticed several Turkish taxi drivers don’t put on the meter coming or going from the airport why because they want to rip off tourists Do not pay any more than 200 Turkish lira max You can even get an Uber for maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately you cannot get an Uber back to the airport. We did get a taxi from hotel back to the airport. 160 lira The hotel says it’s 5 miles away (that’s as the Crow flies) its actuality 8 1/2 miles by road. 15 mins max All the girls & Guys at the front desk were exceptional & really sweet - they spoke English they ordered us food to be delivered in the evening for us. They also recommended restaurants. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for €5 Our flight wasn’t until 530 so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem which we thought was very nice of them. There is a hotel at IST Airport but it’s very expensive (& not on Expedia) We would Definitely stay at this hotel again and have marked it as one of my favorites. I don’t very often give 5 star reviews but the staff were so nice and lovely and the hotel was soo fabulous I gave it a 5*. I did book the hotel 7 months out and got an amazing price so that helped…

Here for 6 nights,Cannot fault this hotel at all. The hotel smells lovely,The rooms are made daily for me and the staff have been lovely. It's a beautiful hotel with vintage style decor,This hotel has that old style luxury to it.I have found it to be clean and nice and the staff go out of their way for you.Don't let the other feedback put you off and enjoy your stay.

Here’s a review for Wanda Vista Istanbul that focuses on the apartment and omits the locations. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wanda Vista Istanbul, and it was an exceptional experience! The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to assist us. Our apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, providing all the comforts of home. It was spotlessly clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the dining options available on-site. I really enjoy 😉 my stay

The good: - pool is great - easy to find a place to rest - towels provided, still good idea to bring your own additionally - spa is ok, massage is good do get one Then not so good: - room A/C pumps cigarette smoke in - ceiling is mosquito graveyard, i counted about 20 dead - dinner always has long queues and not worth the wait. Food is so so. Area is not used effectively, you have to wait for the person in front of you to reach the food you need. When asked why food is not distributed so people dont have to wait, there is no logical explanation - there is no water on the table, you have to get up and get it from a miserable machine that may or may not work. Same machine dispenses orange juice at breakfast but it is not real orange juice either. The staff is very friendly but this does not make up for what could be managed better. I would go for day use of pool and spa but ideally not to stay. The area does not have many hotels so unless you are there for a reason, then you dont have a choice of course, there are finer options towards the city.

I went to stay for a day, staff very warm and helpful. The room is warm from air conditioning but it's very warm. The staff immediately resolved my problem with TV. I prefer to stay again

Park Hotel in Silivri, Turkey was were I met the worst hotel receptionist I ever experienced in my whole life. A very rude an unprofessional local male receptionist with an extremely provocative attitude started a heated argument asking me to pay 10 Turkish Liras fir a soda bottle which I have drank from the mini bar on a previous visit, otherwise he will refuse to give me my bag back. They are not approachable nor helpful and have offered us different room rates compared to previously charged rates, and ones offered to friends on the same day(s) When we were trying to talk to explain, the recptionst was shutting us off, instead of listening to our side first as guests. The room is clean so us the hotel, however the reception staff are a disgrace, seriously affecting Silivri Park Hotel's reputation, they desperately need training and to be taught some

The hotel was very clean and very guleryuzlu calisan.We could relax very well.The hotel and the closed pool are available, very relaxing .socially you can spend time in the hotel, there is a kids park, a kids playroom. The hotel is long and the billiard room is available for the children. The live music was made very good, in a very good position. The centre is very close. Also the beach is very close and you can reach it very shortly.

A quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees. The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney. The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea. The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point. The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too. The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting. The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea. Overall a fantastic stay.

We have a very beautiful location, service and outlets at the top level. Our room was cleaned 1 for 3 days, we haven't experienced a particular problem because it was clean when we entered. The facilities are very beautiful pools clean. We haven't had any problem with eating but you're very little on dinner but you're surely full of it overall we're happy to stay again

It rained and I mainly spent it at the hotel and the surrounding riverside, but the restaurant in the hotel was perfect, including the riverside terrace and the sauna, fireplace and spa in the hostel. The staff who gave me a drone photo gift was so friendly. My wife fell. I was bruised, but I took ice and patches and trees several times, so it was so warm and I don't know the name, but I was so grateful.And welcome. Thank you for the coffee manager and the kind boss who brought farewell tea.

I stayed in the chaminé rooms very large enough, if cleaning was good, we wanted extra beds for the child. It's really beautiful, it's seen from the window and the sea and the pond. They didn't want extra wood money on the chameleon, their good behaviour like tea coffee offers really made them win us. A place we will come again and recommend as a family.

The lobby seemed to be deserted at all times. When checking in, we weren’t given a WiFi code and after that there was no one to ask if. This was supposed to be an adult hotel, but the restaurant has guests with children and I had to put pillows on my head to take a nap in the afternoon because many children were playing with loud voices right outside our room. Furthermore, the head of the bed was placed right below the A/C unit, which had some of its parts hanging. We felt very nervous before sleeping with our heads under such loose parts.
