The room was very big and clean, a very good deal for only 16€/night. The next morning though I understood why it was so cheap, since there were extremely loud construction works going on in the next building, which made it impossible to stay inside the room. But as they did not start before 8 am it was somehow manageable. Apart from the noise it was a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast and good service! The pool was closed unfortunately.

We stayed for business in the hotel 4 nights. The rooms were very clean every day. Breakfast was very good for the open buffet. The staff were very concerned with security, receptionist, kitchen staff, staff were all very interested and excellent service. I would certainly prefer the same hotel again if we were to come to Gaziantep again.

This was a favourite hotel in which to stay in Eastern Turkey. It is a converted, historic caravanserai. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom quite spacious. It's walking distance within the Old City and is really great for relaxing after a busy day. The service is good, and the people try to please. The staff do not speak English, so we had to use the app on our phone to communicate. I also understand that it is a good place to stay after all the earthquake tremors that the people experienced in Gaziantep. The people are still rebuilding after the events of Feb. 2023. So we are grateful that we could stay in such a lovely setting, given the circumstances. Thank you!

Daha önce otelcilik yapmış ve 100'den fazla otelde konaklamış biri olarak söylüyorum ki, ben böyle rezil bir otel, otelcilik anlayışı görmedim, kesinlikle uzak durun. 28 Mart-30 Mart 2022 arası bu otelde konakladım. 28 Mart sabahı otele ulaştığımda ciddi bir sağlık problemi yaşamaya başladım, kalbim sıkışıyor ve ağrıyordu. Durumu daha kötüleştiren şey bu şehre ilk defa ve yalnız başıma gelmiş bir kadın olmamdı, yardım isteyebileceğim kimse yoktu. Kalbimle ilgili yapmam gerekenleri yaptıktan sonra yaşadığım şehre dönüş bileti baktım ama maalesef günde tek sefer vardı ve iki gün sonrasına kadar uçakta yer yoktu. Çok endişeli olduğum ve kesinlikle yalnız kalmak istemediğim için Ankara’dan bir arkadaşıma yanıma gelip gelemeyeceğini sordum, hemen geceye uçak biletini aldı. Bu durum beni biraz sakinleştirince oteli arayıp ücret farkını sormak istedim ve bana “Otele giriş yaparken tek başımaysam ücret farkı ödesem bile odama kesinlikle ikinci birini alamayacaklarını” söylediler. Ben daha önce otelcilik yaptığımı ve bu söylediklerinin kesinlikle mümkün olmadığını bildiğimi söyledim. Bir sağlık problemi yaşadığımı ve durumun aciliyetini de anlatmak zorunda kaldım. 3 ayrı kişiyle konuşup ne kadar zor durumda olduğumu anlattığım halde, hiçbir şey yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Bunun üzerine yöneticilerden biriyle konuşmakta ısrar ettim, beni arayan isim kendisini Odalar Müdürü Ahmet Bey olarak tanıttı. Ben tekrar bir otelin iki farklı kişinin iki ayrı saatte giriş yapmasına izin vermemesinin mümkün olmayacağını söyledim. Yaşadığım ekstrem bir durum olduğu için de ayrıca yardım rica ettim. Ayrıca maalesef, 3 farklı kişiyle konuşup sağlık durumumu anlattığım halde, kimsenin bir ihtiyacım olup olmadığını sormamalarının da kötü bir otelcilik hizmeti olduğunu çok kibar şekilde söylemiş bulundum, söylemez olaydım. Bunun üzerine Ahmet Bey “hanfendi istiyorsanız size ambulans çağıralım, başka bir şey yapamayız” diye telefonda bana BAĞIRDI! Eğer dermanım olsaydı kalkıp otelden gidecektim ama ne ücret iadesi için ne yeni bir otele ulaşmak için uğraşabilecek enerjim yoktu. Otelde kaldığım 2 gün boyunca tek bir nezaket ibaresi görmedim. Ben otelden çıkarken otele 2 kişilik rezarvasyon yaptırmış bir kadın geldi, birlikte kalacağı arkadaşı otele ertesi gün gelecekti ve ona da aynen benim gibi “2 kişinin otele aynı anda giriş yapması gerektiğini söylediler” ve giriş yapmasa da odada konaklaması için teklifte bile bulunmadılar. Kısacası sayelerinde ömrümdeki en berbat otel konaklamasını geçirdim. Bu otelden şiddetle uzak durmanızı tavsiye ederim.

We visited Gaziantep first time and because of it choose Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep, like something what we know already from different city’s and countries. We always know what quality of the Hilton will be same everywhere. Wanna say thank you for two guy’s from the reception, sadly don’t know their names. One guy was at my check in, other one at check out date. They was very helpful with amazing level of english language. Recommend.

The location in the center is very good. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is great, I would definitely recommend it. The staff is very caring, there is a parking lot, what more can you get, the price is affordable. family hotel. This is definitely the only place I will come to on every business trip.

The hotel is situated in the new part of town about 20 mins walk to the historical center (or pay 2.20€ for taxi). The unspectacular and seriously underwhelming entrance is in a side alley behind a prominent Korean car show room (!!!). The lobby looked more like one would expect from a 2 or 3 Star hotel. Not very inviting and seriously needs a face lift. Once up on the floor where my room was things looked a lot better and the room is exactly as shown in the images posted here. Spacious and comfortable. The bed is huge and excellent for a perfect night‘s sleep. Bathroom is attractive and general cleanliness was very very good. The English CNN TV was available but the TV could not pick it up. Small issues with the aircon and safe were addressed and solved within minutes and the manageress was very friendly and obliging. Breakfast is excellent. The staff speaks English. All in all the rooms are very good and I can say that I enjoyed my stay. The hotel should consider an overhaul of the depressing lobby area as when the new adjacent well known brand hotel is completed the Dedeman will have serious competition
