I am delighted 😍 honestly didn't expect 😜
Clean and newest hotel (shower, toilet, towel, coats, bed clean and cozy large bed with top) ✅
The food is delicious, especially babi potatoes 🥰✅
Staff welcome 🔥
We liked it)
//I was in Asia and Europe) really the hotel level is good 🔥
<< Only here in our room in the day could not make the ”absolute darkness” mode, the room was with a terrace that was big plus, but on the other side of the window without a dark curtain. If you can do please 🙂
Thank you for a class holiday 🫶
Номер хороший, но сам отель подразбитый. Особенно возмущает отсутствие шведского стола, хотя он показан на фото. Вместо этого скудный завтрак. Из-за этого считаю что отель не стоит таких денег за проживание.
Excellent, very clean and hygienic, perfect for travel and accommodation. The breakfast was great, I really liked it, I'll definitely come back next time. The hotel is very convenient, everything is great, I'm very satisfied, I love it! Hahahaha
This hotel room is wider than other hotels in Moscow. If the season is suitable, the surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. There are woods and lakes. Except for the location, the others are very good. The hotel decoration is divided into new and old two, and we are all allocated to old-fashioned. The hotel is decorated in a new style when booking.
I booked this hotel based on Ctrip reviews, and it seems many Chinese tourists stay here. The location is decent. Housekeeping was slow. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The Frank's BBQ ribs place that previous reviewers mentioned was okay. However, the staff there were very disrespectful to Chinese customers. I called for the bill five times in Russian over twenty minutes, but no one came. When they finally did, they just showed me their phone with Chinese text asking for a tip. Absolutely terrible service! I didn't book breakfast and, following other reviewers' advice, I just ate at the supermarket.
Every winter during the peak tourist season, room rates soar to over 1000 yuan. The rooms still use the oldest type of TV, and two single beds are pushed together to form one large bed! The bathroom shower and toiletries are outdated, and the carpet in the room is truly unkempt, with hair everywhere.
The advantage lies in its excellent location; it's near two subway stations, a long-distance bus station, and shopping malls, supermarkets, currency exchange offices, and Chinese restaurants—everything you could need!
The room was a bit small, but quite clean. However, it was overpriced, and the curtains were broken. It definitely didn't live up to its 5-star hotel name. Paying 2000 for one night felt like a total rip-off.
Some room types on the hotel website cannot choose a big bed and a twin room. This is very troublesome. You can see that the display is a refurbished room. It is recommended that the website be optimized, otherwise it is too troublesome to book.
When I booked, I didn't pay attention, and only noticed when I arrived at the hotel that it's actually a Hilton Garden Inn.
**Facilities:** The furniture is quite new, and the bathroom is pretty good. Compared to other older Russian hotels, it's excellent. The only pity is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working; it seemed broken. The mini-fridge also seemed to have an issue, but I didn't look into it closely.
**Cleanliness:** Overall cleanliness was good, but the carpet was a bit dirty.
**Environment:** The location is a bit out of the way, with no large shopping malls nearby and limited dining options. It's a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 1. It takes half an hour by subway to reach Red Square. The picture shows the route from the hotel to the nearest subway station.
**Service:** It was decent, but there was no option to select 'do not disturb,' so the cleaning staff would knock on the door and enthusiastically ask if I needed my room cleaned.
We were given the smaller room amongst the newly refurbished selection ie no separate lounge area and only one sink in the bathroom instead of a his and hers.
It’s a wonderful room nonetheless, full fledged minibar and fancy finishes but two things really annoyed me:
1. The shower is splendid but even though you close the door, the water spills out onto the whole bathroom floor nonetheless and this is a crucial design mistake
2. The LCD buttons are way too complicated, there’s no logic in how to turn what lights on and off, how to open the curtains in the morning and turn the heat down. Sometimes we don’t have to reinvent the wheel.
But overall the hotel is a historical luxury on prime location.
