⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Comfort and Service at an Amazing Value! I had an outstanding stay at Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel in Puerto Princesa. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future.

Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

We stayed with Hue only for two nights but we enjoyed it. The hotel seemed to be new, the service was great and very friendly. We booked all our tours and transfer to El Nido through the hotel. They arranged everything

Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

Good Experience. Room was clean and service good. Unfortunately air conditioner in the room was quite noisy as well room location was affected by the external noisy traffic

The hotel doesn't look like much from the front because the rooms are actually on the 4th floor of the entire building. Our room was very clean, although the furniture looks a bit dated, but omg, the BATHROOM! It had a modern tub AND shower, although you have to time your bath just right to get hot hot water - sometimes it's just lukewarm. The room was VERY spacious. The location is good, it's a 10-minute walk to the Shoemart Mall, and a few feet across the street from the palengke (market). It's also a short walk to Baywalk and a few blocks from it was one of the Night Markets. We spent a couple of nights here, then spent a few nights with friends in Quezon, and then returned to this hotel when we returned to Puerto Princessa.

Our last four nights in paradise the swim up room was amazing we used that pool for a lot of hours nice to have our own deck and access. We ate all our meals here breakfast was included and was good the options were lacking a bit but we found enough to eat! Dinner we ate here because we were lazy and didn’t want to go out! The food was good not great but good not always the same the next day was strange! The beach was great the tides gos out for miles so there is lots to walk! The massage place was great she worked all my kinks out. But I would not recommend the nail salon was very basic not much to choose from for Color and she was late then when she did arrive had to go home for tools she forget! The hotel staff were all very helpful! The pool bar was nice and Mark made some fancy drinks!
