AAnonymous UserI didn't like it much, and I'm sad; I should have booked somewhere else. It's true, it could have been worse, but it also could have been much, much better. The bathroom is extremely small, not at all ideal. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired; in fact, there was no housekeeping throughout my entire stay. No towel changes either. Consequently, I had to go and ask for toilet paper. There's no shuttle to the sea, contrary to what's stated on the website for getting to the beach. The sea is quite far; it's better to go by car. As for breakfast, it's not very varied; every day you get the same type of products, which gets a bit tiresome after a while, even if it's not bad.

It is halfway up the mountain and is a 5-storey country house with its own swimming pool. There is no other house within 100 square meters, which is very clean. As owner Kyle said, it would be better if the local department could help them install the wireless network in time. On the same day, we stayed at the hotel, they greeted us at the hotel on time and checked in. The room was very spacious and the terrace faced the sea and the sunset could be seen. Because of the third-party platform, I booked on trip.com that breakfast is included, but the order message sent to the hotel by ******* does not include breakfast, although the communication and negotiation with the platform did not get positive feedback in time. But in the end, Kyle took the initiative to prepare a rich breakfast for us. It can be seen that he is very sincere to protect the interests of the guests. Although I guess that the third-party platform ******* did not pay him for breakfast,,, hey. . . I hope Edem can have better and better business.

GGuest UserWe did not pay the hotel and show the documents I did, but our passports were kept on the reception without reason, it was said that it would be returned the next day, the next day and the evening, and we had the same problem after we had a fight for 1080 euros. GGuest UserA chic hotel with a luxurious view. We had a huge room with a living room, a big balcony. The views open just incredible. Breakfasts liked too. Swedish table, juice, hot drinks. Everything was very delicious. The owner is a very pleasant man who quickly solved our, not even the most basic issues. The beach is cool, really a lot of stones, a galley entrance. But the lying is so placed that the staircase is immediately deep, which was quite convenient. The prices at the restaurant and on the beach are very pleasant. The hotel gives Italian waib from the interior to the music. We really liked it, we'll be happy to come back again. Around a lot of shops, cafes, you can walk pleasantly around Ultzin. From the downsides I will mark the road and the entrance to the hotel. The road is very narrow and incredibly difficult to get off. But we didn't regret taking the car and arriving here from Budva itself. The hotel is a top class!

The hotel is right in the city center: 5 minutes to the old town, and the beach is just across the road. There are also cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.
We stayed on the 4th (top) floor, and the view from the room was magnificent!
The hotel is new, everything is clean, and everything works. The bed linen and towels were immaculate.
It was a bit inconvenient not having an electric kettle in the room, as we're used to having a cup of tea or coffee on our own balcony in the evening.
The breakfasts were excellent.
