TheBlackPearlThe room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll.
One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

QlobThe only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away.
Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason.
Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can ”do whatever they want” and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice...
As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile. The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.

Guest UserGood apartment hotel! The room was clean and had everything we needed, there was a kitchen but oddly no utensils. The staff were wonderful and very responsive, a big thank you to Maria.
There's breakfast, but honestly, it didn't really impress me, though it has all the essentials, so you won't go hungry. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The pool and sunbathing area are absolutely super!!!👍
I want to mention that the hotel is a bit far from the sea, and you can't really walk there, but we had a car. We're very happy with it; for the price, it's an excellent option.

The place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊).
I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩
Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️
On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.

Guest UserThe hotel is relatively small, with about 8 rooms. It's small but exquisite, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Free parking is available. I stayed there in mid-April and the room cost about 100 euros per night. I personally think it's good value for money and worth recommending.

First of all, the room is an apartment in the form of a homestay. Our husband and wife are arranged on the top floor. We are very satisfied because the room is large, but there are no hotel facilities such as hair dryers and slippers. We need to bring our own. I think the price is very high, because it is winter, do not play the sea, so there is no resort hotel on the beach, the purpose is to be convenient and cheap. This is a bit difficult to find in the ancient city at first. You can find it on Google Maps. The hotel has a hotel name on the door. If you can't find it, you can ask the merchants in the ancient city. After arriving, you need to call the landlord first to open the door to check in. Remember to check in after 2 pm. The phone is posted at the door, okay? There is a 0 in the middle, don't add it when you call. The ancient city is quiet at night, safe, and the facilities are old, but harmless. Not suitable for the elderly and children, because this building, the stairs are not easy to climb, the spiral stairs are very narrow, there is no elevator, but it is suitable for us to have no high requirements for the living conditions, the demand is clean, safe, convenient to travel, and very cost-effective. The location is also convenient, the landlord's phone contact attitude is also very friendly, and you need to check out before 11 o'clock. Very satisfied with us, very pertinent, different travel needs, choose hotels according to your needs.

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Guest UserMy stay at the hotel was one of the most enjoyable in my entire travels across various cities and countries. The service was incredibly polite, warm, and responsive. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony because there were vacancies and we were traveling off-season. The top floor has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy coffee and read. I'd especially like to mention the breakfasts—simple, home-cooked ingredients and dishes, but incredibly delicious. They also helped us call a taxi to the airport; we had an early flight and were worried we wouldn't find one ourselves. I will definitely recommend them and would choose them again for accommodations in Kotor, thank you ❤️

The location is a bit hard to reach on foot, but we knew that when we booked since we had a rental car. There's plenty of parking both outside and inside. It's currently off-season, and the hotel is still getting ready for it, so the interior grounds aren't spruced up yet.
The room isn't visually perfect: the sofas are a bit worn, and the laminate flooring is slightly warped. But for us, that wasn't an issue; we're not picky. The room has everything you need for cooking (except salt and oil), which was a lifesaver because eating out all the time can get expensive! Plus, there's even a dishwasher with tablets.
We went to the gym a couple of times. The equipment is a bit old, but still usable. There was also a sauna, but we didn't get around to using it.
The TVs support YouTube, which was a nice bonus.
The view from the room was also excellent, overlooking the Bay of Kotor.
The staff were polite and always ready to help.
It's funny, we extended our stay twice! We really liked it that much.

The hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. Very warm hotel!
