Muju Deogyusan Resort

I made a reservation at Muju Resort to give my 6-year-old children ski lessons for the first time. A resort I've been to for the past 30 years. In the past, I was very satisfied with the luxury and exotic atmosphere. Looks very old these days. However, if you check in early, you will be assigned to a remodeled room. Jindalrae-dong has a great view as well. The remodeled room was very clean and nice. And because of Corona, it was very convenient to have a list of food delivered in the room. The reason I reduced the two-star rating is because of the dissatisfaction with the rental skis of Manseon House and the lack of chairs in the locker room. On the first day of rental, one of my children's boots was badly moldy, so I asked for another one. Was it only me These are children's shoes, but I think they are really overdone. and the second day. I borrowed other boots and put them on and took them off ,,, what the hell. Green mold is on my daughter's socks. And some strange piece of cloth comes with mold. ㅠㅠ I'm so angry, so I'm correcting the complaint. I refunded it, but I will never rent it from a rental house again. Second, it wasn't like that in the old days, but there are no chairs between the lockers. No, where the hell are you going to change your boots? It was really ridiculous. I'm tired of looking for a place to take my two kids. It really needs to be improved, but it's a Muju Resort that I really loved. Very disappointed except for the room this time. please improve it!!!
